So, both headlights were replaced-which would've saved time on being in a shop. Before that, I kept going in, one after the other to replace. This makes much more sense. Also, there was an electrical issue I had been dealing with for the longest time in my Subaru, and for the first time, this specific shop did a diagnosis and predetermined what the problem could be! Amazing! I was at a complete loss before they had looked at it. Being that I decided to get an entirely new vehicle, I no longer required their services. But, I would've had the opportunity to have my electrical system fixed, for the first time while owning it. My air filter also felt to be cleaned out too! It smelled so much fresher after this visit. Being that all of this was done within just a couple of hours, no waiting period for "parts to come in" and an air conditioned room with Netflix to sit in? I'd recommend this spot every time. If you find yourself in a pinch or just wanting to work with authentically great people who put you first, this spot is the place for you. Great service, fast paced, great quality, and such amazingly friendly staff who are experienced and knowledgeable as well as understanding and open to helping you understand what's going on as well (and I'm speaking as I know absolutely nothing about cars). The guys at the counter were quick to get me services. I bumped into a guy I know and we started talking about stuff guys talk about. Before I knew it they were done! I don't think I was there even 20 minutes and that was because I was still chatting. What more can you ask for? fast service, nice people and customers that have been trusteeing them for years. Listening to the guys talk to customers they didn't tell them what to do, they presented options and choices, they were on the phone sourcing tires for a guy that wanted something unusual, they were advising my friend about a choice he suggested that was a bad idea (I agree it was not the wisest choice) and helped him make a better decision that would be more cost effective for him in the long run. The staff clearly cares about their customers and want to help them, not just sell them stuff.

Our tire went flat 10 minutes out from this place at 4:30 pm on a Thursday. Most other places in the area close at 5:00 pm, but Miguel's stays open until at least 6:30 pm. Not only did he bump us up in line (he asked the other customer if this was okay), but he put the tire on for us in less than 5 minutes at a more than reasonable price. I paid for their services and now they want to add more money for LITTERALY nothing, I will never go back to this business and I will tell as many people as possible to steer clear. In the time I have been taking our rides to them have done everything to specifications using proper torques and not the good and tight method. I have never felt like I wasted money when I have them work on my rides. They have always been keen on the idea of saving the clients money if they can.
