stopped in to get two tires mounted that other shops couldn't, they had no problems mounting and balancing them so I had them balance the fronts , truck rides so much better , service was prompt, caring and easy in and out, after leaving I decided to have them do my front end alignment, where they found a few parts we worn and needed replacing, alls good and will return! I like they have a new shop next door to handle big jobs, and I did see some lifts outback to handle even bigger trucks ! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!! I have been there a total of three times to receive used tire replacements, and each time they have broken my lug nuts AND studs!!!!! I understand the weather may affect car services... but every time??? They have a sign up in their store saying that they're not responsible for broken lug nuts (which is understandable), but it makes no sense that I'm having to pay them an extra $100 for them breaking my studs when this has never happened anywhere else before! Was scheduled for an 8 AM interview I called at 7:59 to make sure I was parking in the right place and walked in the building at 8:01 AM. Where I was rather aggressively told that they already have issues with people showing up late and they are going to move on to someone else. Pretty sure it had a lot to do with the fact that I was the only black person in that building. After calling in regards to the Hiring Managers name and information, I was promptly hung up on by the receptionist after she attempted to argue with me about why I was trying to contact the owner of the business and why I would need said managers name. I bought 4 used tires here less than 3 weeks ago because I had an alignment issue and all 4 tires were badly worn on the outer edges. The 4 tires they sold me were great and had a lot of wear left on them. I also had them do an alignment to rectify the uneven wear issue. They came back and told me that there was nothing out of alignment and it was good. I explained to the technician that I was was skeptical since all my tires were so badly and unevenly worn. He printed out the alignment results and told me if I have any trouble with it, just bring it back. My drivers side front and rear tire already starting to wear just as the last tires did. Today I went back and explained my situation. The "service rep" that "assisted" me did nothing but make excuses. He tried to blame the weight in the back of the truck (maybe 200 lbs of tools etc) for the uneven tire wear. I retorted that I bought this truck new and now have nearly 100,000 miles on it and this has never happened before. He said they could re-check it if I wanted. I asked about the 2 tires that are less than 3 weeks old that have significant wear on the outer edge and a lot of they would be replacing them. He said that since they were used they would have different levels of wear and that he couldn't know if the 2 tires are worn or they just sold them to me like that. I retorted that I would not have bought them if they were already that bad. Further, I got my truck inspected the same day they did the tires and it definitely wouldn't pass inspection now. He then told me it is not an alignment issue because the truck cannot be aligned in the rear, only the front. After listening to his back-pedaling and excuse making I just got in my truck and drove off. I went directly to another tire company just down the street and explained what I was told. These knowledgeable service technician that the rear is, in fact, out of adjustment and that the thrust angle was out of alignment. They fixed it AND the front alignment that silence did not correctly handle and showed me the computer again and all is now right. Tomorrow I go back to buy 2 more tires to replace the 3 week old ones I got from Silance. This turn of events is disheartening as I have referred several people to Silance and between myself, my son and my wife we have been to Silance many times on the past but this marks the end of that. Very bad customer service and short sighted from you Silance. And in the future you CAN adjust the rear axle, it's called the "thrust angle". Their tv commercials have a slogan; "at Silance, we'll get you going, fast". Well it's a true statement for me.... I got going away from them and their shiesty business practices, fast! read more

They are very fast and efficient, and by the time you select your tires they'll have your car jacked up and ready to go. Only downside of going here is the warranty period is pretty short, I'm pretty sure my receipt said 30 days. I called Silance (last call) and not only did they have the tire I needed, but 6 of them. They had them new and used and the price they offered was unheard of. As soon as I got there, they had the tire ready for me and got me out the door within 30 minutes; not to mention, they were really busy too. Silance is great! Bought a tire from them and a week later it lost all air really quickly over a weekend. Brought it back to them and it turns out I ran over something in the road and a piece of metal bigger than my thumb was stuck in the tire. The attendant brings me the piece of metal and says "The boss man said he's gonna give you another tire free...sorry you had a bad weekend". I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I took my car there 3 times the first two times were great, but the last time I went to get a new tire, they cross threaded my stud on my tire and BROKE a stud that was in my lug nut! It took three different people to try and take my lug nuts off at a shop with trained professionals. I could've gotten a flat and not been able to change my tire. Not happy at all. read more

First of all they had little to nothing to offer as their selection was pretty much non existent and the prices are ridiculously high. Secondly the staff here is rude and cold to customers that come through the door. I was rushed and pushed to the side when a customer came in spending more. If there was a zero rating they would get it. They are ripping Sailors and Marines off. I have been a technician for over 30 years on heavy equipment. I replaced my daughters inner and outer tie rods, shock, and stabilizer arm bushings. I told her to go get it aligned and she unfortunately took it to this establishment. They told her the inner tie rod was loose which I put on .... $259 kit from MAC tools using the 29 mm attachment tightened and torqued the tie rod. They said they could not do the alignment. Then tried charging $50 for the alignment check. I told my daughter to bring the car to me and I'm gonna check to see if it's loose .... it wasn't loose which I knew it wasn't. Once you tighten the inner tie rod and attach the outer tie rod to the knuckle it can't spin or loosen. They tried to SCAM my daughter. Do not use this establishment they are trying to sell you parts you don't need for your vehicle. read more

Costumer service was grand, I had a nail in my tire and needed a patch. From the time I got here to the time I left was a total of 25 minutes. The mechanic that helped me showed me exactly what a patch looked like and he checked the hair in my other tires, he was super helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this tire place! read more

I had a blow out on a trailer and my spare was in terrible shape. I called them at 6:30 and they said they closed at 7:00 but they were happy to wait for me. Only able to drive 45 I arrived at 7:15. They took good care of me and I was able to get home to my family that night. That kind of customer care sets them apart from the others in this terrible economy that will eventually be the demise of the company's that do not fully understand this level of care. Never again after 9 years... purchased 3 used tires for $177 and it has 30 day warranty, apparantly they put the tire on wrong and it went flat on a turn, no holes, went to replace it and the lady screamed and yelled at me and my husband infront of my child.. funny thing is next week im buying four NEW tires for my suv (different car), and i wont take it there. read more

Their service times aren't bad for not needing an appointment. However, ALWAYS charge for new valve stems with a tire change - even if they didn't actually change them (ours were marked). Also, three years in a row our headlights needed to be adjusted for the inspection. No proof that it was done, but the extra fee shows up on the bill. read more

The owner is a man of his word and values his customers. Both front rims were inadvertently damaged (clear coat scratched) during tire installation.
