A month later I got a "quote bill" for $75. I would have gladly and expected to pay for a quote but not a back handed quote. A quote that I was never given when I scheduled the appt, a quote price never given by tech who came. A bill just showed up a month later. I AM NOT PAYING IT. Bad business practices. Not my fault your scheduler and tech never quoted me. Teach your employees better.

Dan is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuine. He gave me advice on how to save money and not get caught up paying for unnecessary and expensive things for my HVAC. I will be signing up for their seasonal preventative maintenance contract for only $200 a year! Dan is an absolute gem! Don't let him go Kroll, and you have a customer for life!

What an amazing experience we've had with Grapids! From start to finish the process was wonderful…read more Todd came out within hours of calling to get a quote to upgrade our furnace and add AC to our home. Our furnace was over 20 years old functioning but a bit of a head scratcher. Additionally we needed to upgrade our electrical panel. Grapids was able to subcontract that for us too. Tyler and Eric came out the very next day (bright and early) and spent the day reconstruction our HVAC system. Prior to their arrival we decided to add a humidifier to the unit. The office was seemlessly able to add that to our work order. Todd swang back out to check in on the progress and make sure we were happy. Throughout the day several members of Grapid came through to bring supplies and check in. The stars of the show were definitely Tyler and Eric who worked until after 7pm to complete the HVAC job. They worked well together and I could overhear them as I graded papers upstairs. They treated each other with respect and humor. It was so refreshing to have work done in our home by such wonderful people. They even took the time to FaceTime with my husband who was at work to show the final product and answer all of his questions. Without hesitation I will recommend Grapids (specifically Todd, Tyler and Eric) to anyone! They added a pressure relief tank and turn the heat down on the tank. They even cleaned up the mess they didn't make! These guys were so fast and professional. I can't say enough about their level of service, and speed to take care of our issue. The price was fair I blieve given the situation. It was around $850 to fix an issue that probably would have cost us thousands had they not fixed it.

I explained in detail the I had an electric central AC and heating system and that the compressor is located on the roof of the building. I repeated explained that I do not have neighbors above or below me. My electric central AC and heating system is located in a utility room on the 2nd floor of my three story unit. The USPS insists on putting Apt 107 instead of unit 107. My address was provided to you on Monday, but nobody was concerned about my apartment like home until 15 minutes before my appointment. I do not live in an apartment like condo. My condo building is three stories high and I live in a townhouse styled condo that is three stories and an end unit. My AC compressor that is located on the roof is easily accessible to tenants and service technicians. The lack of knowledge by the woman that called to cancel, her supervisor and the technician is an internal problem and not something a conversation with me will solve. If I ran Vredevoogd I would be looking for three new qualified employees. Your employee seem to lack knowledge on very basic information about electric central AC and heating systems and AC compressor located on the roof instead of being ground level. I was without AC for three days. Thank God another company fit me in that same afternoon. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Three days without AC in 90 plus temperatures and it could have been many more because Vredevoogd canceled 15 minutes before my appointment.

Jon came and fixed the issue professionally. The only peeve was that though he completed the work within 30 minutes, i still got charged for an additional 15 minutes since he was in his vehicle writing up the invoice so had to pay additional $23 for the 15 minutes. The billing rate can add up quickly and expensively but the job got done properly.
