The store at 7401 S Shields Blvd ste e, Oklahoma City, OK 73149 made fast work of the install and I was out the door and on my way in less than 30 minutes. However, they forgot to tape down the new battery and by a week later it was clunking around in the case. Since I was out of town, I had to go to a different iphone repair place to fix that problem (the out of town repair shop didn't charge me, so it was more of the hassle than anything that earns these folks only 3 stars).

They charged him $43 for "diagnostic" to say the screen needs to be replaced and it took several hours to "diagnose"... what... When he came back they told him it would be $100 to repair the screen and he said he'll wait to do it since we were leaving to go out of town! Came back a couple of weeks later to fix the screen and was told that since we didn't do it right away the price is now $150 but if we do the screen and battery they'll discount for $260! A brand new iPad is currently on sale for $279.99 at Best Buy. Anyway, we took the iPad to the Apple Store, free diagnostic, and a screen replacement is $130. My husband said, "this is why some local businesses fail for their greed" and wow I couldn't agree more. Go somewhere else! Don't pay for a diagnostic here. The diagnostic is free at the Apple Store and Best Buy! Avoid the rudeness, disregard, and greed from this business! I told my husband we dodged a bullet because of all of the complaints on Yelp that after the screen replacement people have issues with the new screen or start button. They gave me a sweet deal for the screen, the battery, screen protector and Otter Box, and I had my phone back fixed the same day. I should have known better to use a business that does not stand behind their work.
