From the beginning, Jake went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle repair. The situation involved working with a warranty company, which can often be a long and frustrating process. Instead of passing the problem along or giving up on it, Jake really went to bat for me. He put in the extra time, made the calls, handled the back-and-forth, and did everything he could to make sure the warranty company followed through. Jake truly bent over backwards to get the repair approved and taken care of. His persistence, patience, and willingness to advocate for his customer made a huge difference for me. That level of effort is something you don't see every day. On top of that, the repair work itself was done professionally and my vehicle has been running great since. Jake was honest, communicative, and clearly takes pride in doing right by the people he helps. Good mechanics who are trustworthy and willing to fight through the red tape for their customers are hard to find, and Jake absolutely deserves recognition for the way he handled my situation. Charged me $2800.00 to replace a water pump and rear main oil seal. He broke a clamp replaced it with a regular hose clamp, took 2 weeks saying he ordered the tool to replace the rear main oil seal and it took a week to get it. Anyway got my truck back and it still leaks oil. Shifts very badly now which it didn't before. He was very rude failed to honor his warranty saying " didn't want my business!" Gave me some insurance companies number. My truck still leaks oil from the rear at the transmission. And to add insult to injury sent a clown emoji. I told him I will forward all this to my attorney.
