An engine does not just fail without cause--especially right after basic maintenance. This raises serious concerns that proper procedures were not followed, including the possibility that oil was not added to the engine. I escalated this to corporate and made a very simple, reasonable request: to review the surveillance footage of the service being performed on my vehicle. If everything was done correctly, this should be an easy way to resolve the issue. Instead, I've spent the last six weeks calling repeatedly (over 10 times) with zero response. No returned calls, no updates, no accountability. At this point, the complete lack of transparency and refusal to communicate only raises further concerns. If there is nothing to hide, there should be no issue providing the footage. I am documenting everything and will continue to pursue this matter until I get answers. I expected professionalism and accountability--what I've received instead is silence. Proceed at your own risk.

After the installation, I took my car for a ride and there were many warning lights on the dashboard. Not sure if they damaged all the sensors on the car but all the sensors are now giving me warning lights and these warning lights will not go away. If you have newer cars, DO NOT let these guys fix your cars. One of the mechanics was hitting the back rotor with a huge hammer very hard to get it off and must have damaged all the sensors, I guess. Another possibility is that the other mechanic was using an electric saw to cut off the dust covers and might have cut a cable to cause all the warning lights to show up on the dashboard. I sent them an email about all the warning lights but no response from them. They were able to install the 4 rotors and 4 calipers just fine but the brakes don't feel very tight and feel loose when hitting the brakes. I have to push the brake pedal almost all the way down to the floor in order to stop the car. I recommend these guys if you have older cars with no latest technologies. They have damaged my new car. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: 6/2/2025 Took my 2024 Nissan Z to the Nissan dealership and they found 2 problems with my 2024 Nissan Z. They told me the technician Kyle and another technician from High Idle Mobile Mechanics who installed the brakes on my car damaged the ABS sensor and the R/F HUB BEARING which will cost me about $1658.50 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wheel Bearing Replacement - Front: DIAG VEHICLE AND FOUND DTC RF NO COMM WITH RF ABS SENSOR. INSPECT SENSOR AND FOUND THAT SENSOR IS BROKEN. AND HUB IS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. Jeramy got straight to work and found the real problem right away -- the fuel pump harness connector was corroded, not the pump itself. Then he pointed out something even more serious: my wheel bearing was cracked and about to snap, and it looked like the brake caliper was the only thing holding it together. We had a road trip coming up, and honestly, he might've just saved my family's lives. He replaced the wheel bearings, rotors, and brakes, and the pricing was more than fair -- definitely better than other shops in town. You can tell this master tech really knows his stuff.
