Otherwise they are very consistent, they virtually never give overcooked steak. You can see how closely they pay attention to the grill as they cook and they actively toss away burnt bits of steak. I went here twice a day for over a week straight and got steaks from each cook at least once!! I believe in this joint. It has real history behind it as the 2nd oldest cheesesteak joint in Philadelphia, the first in West Philadelphia period. "New Ownership" but literally all the best staff from the old ownership.
