Why? 1) there's NO help with measuring your screens, just vague, verbal, seat-of-the-pants "guidelines"...no specific or written instructions at all...unless you want to pay the high-high service fee and have them do an on-site. DIY is sketchy at best 2) looong re-screening lead times...and actually, looooong lead times if buying new screens. We did both, it took 5-weeks for a small job. Not a big house we have. 3) They say they'll "contact you" when stuff is ready for pickup...guess what? Never a call...or email...or text. Nada 4) Rudeness. There's just an "attitude" with these people. Unfriendly vibe. So, no, I can't review them low enough. Use them at your own discretion. I bet donuts to dollars you'll come away just like me.

Nothing humbles you faster than a cracked windshield. Thankfully, these folks know exactly what they're doing. I called down to get a quote and was greeted with kind, friendly, and exceptional service. My window was ordered and I was eager to get it replaced. When I went down I was treated as a friend and a valued customer. The two in the shop definitely kept it lively. And, as I ventured to the window to watch the man, the myth, the legend himself replace my window - I was on the edge of my seat as if I was waiting at my home window waiting for an Amazon package to arrive. The service was promptly, skillful, and swift as a coursing river. When I called around for price inquiries I took note of a handful of places that, when hearing the price, my jaw physically dropped. Upon scrambling to pick it back up I saw my options and realized I was saving (I could buy/replace so many windows) with Farrell's - saved my windshield and my wallet. Rare combo. They fixed my car glass so well that my car felt emotionally supported. I highly recommend Farrell's, their team, and the service they provide. Take this as a sign to stop Googling and call them!

They installed a new shower door and some grab bars for me. Charged me $2100 for the new door I…read morecould have gotten the whole inclosure for that price but I was in a hurry to be done with remodeling and thought fine Ill pay a bit more. The installers put the grab bar within 1/4" of the door handle so that every-time you close the door you hit your thumb. I called talked to the business owner. I expected that he would acknowledge that the grab bar and the handle should not have been installed so close together and promise to do whats necessary to make it right. Nope, he told me that it was my fault, that I must have told them to install it that way. He suggested that it was my fault for not being there to tell them that one doesn't install grab bars on top of the handles. I asked them to make sure they drilled into the studs, that way the bars are more secure for my elderly mom and it would be easier to patch the holes if we need to move them. The owner tells me they drilled 6 x 1/4" holes to put anchors behind the tile. Now I need to remove the bars, hire a tile guy to cut out the tiles with holes, find similar tile and replace it. Additional $400 on top of 2 days looking to find a matching tile. I am in the trades, I know mistakes happen but it is not good when they do not admit the responsibility for a shoddy work and leave the customer to correct their mistakes at the customers expense. I regret hiring these guys! I wish I went with someone else. Update. They contacted me and offered to replace the door with a new handle 2" away from the Grab Bar. So I added two stars. Will update when they finish.

This guy happened to be available days before any other local glass service, when my car was broken…read morein to. That should have been my first cue to avoid avoid! Long story short, he charged me more than my insurance deductible, never put back two parts of my door after finishing, left the stickers on the window, left all the shattered glass on my floor and back seat, and scratched the inside of my door all to hell. No one sits in the back seat, I've only had it a few months, and it did NOT look like that before. My daughter and I had to sit in the cold outside for 3 hours. It's at his house, not an actual business. AVOID! BEWARE! WAIT FOR ACTUAL PROFESSIONALS! HE IS 100% A SCAM ARTIST AND NOT A PROFESSIONAL! I have a call in to my insurance agency to see if there's anything I can do. I don't trust asking this scum bag to fix his sloppy work.
