I called to get my brick wall repaired, Ken answered the call on a Friday why he was working. Said he call back and request pictures of my project. So he did respond with a quote of 400- 500 He seemed to be quite confused on the work I needed. So I called him and left a voicemail. Very thuraly what was needed again. When he returned my call he said he be out later that day to personally come out to my property to give me an estimate. Not giving me a time frame. Later a guy showered up I asked are you Ken? No I'm not but I work for him. He walked around my property. He seemed not prepared to answer all my questions. I then asked if he had a business card. No he didn't. The kid said it would be an easy fix. Next Ken called back very aggressive and confused about the project. He's details for customers service was nasty. He got argumentative. At this point I said I will be glad to let you speek to my husband in the next room. Then he just hung up!!!! Unprofessional conduct.

Ken and his crew did an amazing job on our mailbox and large planter. It's no wonder he takes awhile to respond, he is so quick and efficent and probably has a ton of clients lined up throughout the day, please be patient with him it is definitely wort it. He was also very affordable and makes sure you like the work when it's complete. Thanks guys! Will definitely keep you in mind for any future brick work.

Unfortunately, the existing RV Gate was not wide enough to get our trailer through.

The fence itself is great, and the crews who installed it did excellent work. However, I found…read moredealing with the project manager to be extremely difficult and frustrating. Lots of back and forth about marking the water lines that run under the fence line between the meter and the house. I didn't want the project to start until those lines were marked and Rudy didn't care. Rudy told me installation could begin because he had clearance from the Tucson Water Department. But it turns out that the city only clears the line running to the meter, not the lines from the meter to the house. I found out, after calling 811 (Before You Dig), that the lines to the house are considered private and that I needed to hire a private contractor to locate the lines, which I did. Despite the lines having been marked, the crew broke one the first day on the job. Rudy told me it was an irrigation line (happens all the time according to him). After several unsuccessful attempts to fix the "irrigation line", a plumber was called hours later to fix the broken water line. All in all an extremely unpleasant experience with a happy ending -- a very nice fence.

The team was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and the final product looks fantastic. It's sturdy, well-built, and exactly what we wanted!
