Corroded batteries are IMPOSSIBLE to remove from the "Big Larry" and both the Batteries Plus store manager and the liars at NEBO refuse to honor the advertised lifetime warranty and replace or even discount a replacement flashlight. Lack of after-sale responsibility and horrlble customer service is good warning to stay away from the store and the manufacturer !

I was charged $65 for a diagnosis fee and asked for a refund since they couldn't even fix it. I was told no and it is nonrefundable. Then they bring my laptop out and the screen looks MUCH worse. I go to turn it on and a message pops up saying the cooling fan has been disconnected. They did reconnect it but said the additional damage to the laptop was just because they had to look at it. I paid $65 to have the screen more damaged. Terrible place.

I called every week and they never had a status update for me. Finally I decided I would just get a new computer and asked for my broken one back. When I went to pick it up they did not have my charger. They said the other company had it and they would not be able to get it. The company does not communicate with you nor was able to fix my computer, they had it exactly one month and a day. No communication, no customer service. I would not recommend using them. I paid the $60 diagnosis fee for nothing and they kept my charger.
