Took laptop in for check up and all issues were resolved. Easy folks to talk to and understand. John and Kirsten were great. Thanks again

Great knowledgeable staff competitive prices. Got a monitor here cheaper and better than I could get at Sam's club.

I thought I was upgrading from my 2017 70" 4k to this 2026 85 inch '4k'. Wrong. The picture on my 2017 is far superior even though it is by no means a top tier tv. There is a 30 day return so I decided to send it back. They said no problem, but it would cost me $99.99 to pick up or bring it in myself-- so I guess I'd have to rent a truck and also find someone who's not too busy to help me. I was on the phone (mostly on hold) with customer service getting the runaround for about a day and a half before for they finally gave in and will pick it up at no charge and give me a full refund, which I'll be checking to see if they actually do once it's been picked up. The customer service was horrible (also very rude mostly) from start to finish with the exception of the last young man who helped me I was livid at this point but he was patient and kind-- the only one out of the many I talked to there. One guy had even said that since it was delivered free they had to charge me to pick it up. I'm not sure how that makes sense. I've not done much business with Best Buy over the years but have bought a few laptops from there and a TV back in the tube days. This TV was my final purchase from BB. I will never be going back or ordering from them again. Frankly with all the one star reviews on here I don't see how they stay in business.

I think I got ripped off. Hear me out first. I took my computer in to have two things checked out,…read morethe hinge and the battery because I'm having to leave my laptop plugged in for use. The employee that assisted me said he'll fix the hinge and give me a call back later that day about the battery situation. A whole week went by and no phone call, so I called them back. I explained my situation to the employee and he said he was completely oblivion about the situation/information of my laptop, so he said he'll look into it and call me back. He called be back and said the hinge is fixed but the battery will have to be ordered. A couple of days went by and I called. The employee first said its not the battery that's the problem, it's the motherboard.....SAY WHAT!!!! I told him I'll keep managing my laptop, when can I come to pick it up? He said I can come later today, we close at 6. So I went to pick it up and he told me that the battery was the problem and that he replaced it. So I asked him that I won't have to keep it plugged in to stay on? He said yes. I paid and left. As soon as I got home, I turned the computer on and it started to flicker, as if it's about to die but the battery is fully charged. It has been 16 days since my laptop got "fixed" and I still have to leave it plugged in to use it. I'm not sure what he "fixed" but I think I got ripped off!

The laptop eventually ran out of battery and the charging light wouldn't even come on. So I took it back and apparently when doing the hard-drive repair they hadn't reconnected some of the wiring inside the laptop, therefore making it unable to charge. They fixed it but I'm still pissed that that even happened! If you're going to repair laptops at least put them back together properly.

I hate updating my IOS, I hate deleting pictures off my iPhone, I hate really anything having to do with any sort of technological maintenance. I am also the type of person that does not have the newest iPhone and is not interested in getting the newest iPhone. SO, when I was tasked with getting a new battery for not new iPhone, I was dreading the whole experience. My lovely Battery is four years old and unfortunately its max life was only at 80%. My husband strongly urged me to get a new battery installed. Sigh. I did my homework and yelp informed me that Springfield iPhone repair was the place to go. I patiently waited until 10 AM this morning to call dan and make sure that he had my vintage battery in stock which he did. Luckily I found street parking and was able to get into Dan so he could replace my battery in a jiffy. I opted to wait for my phone which provided me with a chance to overhear Dan helping various people on the phone with patience and unparalleled expertise. Dan's coworker, a pug named Winston, sleeps near to all the efficient iPhone magic. Thank you, Dan for making this anti-technology girl happy. I appreciate it !
