I visited the Jewelry store today and was assisted by Humu and Vino. I was provided with excellent service. They have a nice selection of jewelry, specifically diamond bracelets. Vino and Humu were very helpful and knowledgeable about the quality of various pieces. I only went in for repairs but ended up purchasing three items. I have been spending a fortune with Gold N Diamonds over the past 15 years. I honestly viewed them as family. They were always so kind and generous, especially to my family. Recently everything changed. During covid quarantine, me and my brother spent approximately 20k. He was sold a Rolex with an aftermarket band and low quality diamonds. The salesman did not disclose this information prior to the sell. In fact, he was lied to. then comes my "custom order." I paid $5,200 plus $100 shipping. When I received my order months later than the agreed upon date, all jewelry was tarnished and after 1 week multiple diamonds fell out of the pieces. i once again traveled back (15 hour round trip) to have my jewelry order corrected. I was promise my order would be done once again in a couple weeks. This was months ago. No answers. Finally I decided I would prefer a refund, due to the fact I have never been able to wear the jewelry and the company has had it longer than I have. I only asked for the price I paid and the shipping cost to be refunded. They only agreed to cover a portion. Just a few miles down the road you can get better quality and better deals, still I wanted to stay loyal to the team that for years showed love. Now I have to pay to file a civil lawsuit. This sucks.
