They have special deals for dinner for 2 or 4. We went with the pepperoni pizza with garlic bread and decided to opt for salads also. Fairly good selection for the salad bar, though some dressings weren't labeled. The best part was the pizza dough. You can tell it's homemade. There are two options in Chandler for pizza outside of Walmart's frozen section. One is Giorgio's. Which is one of the best pizza places I've ever been to. They're closed on Sundays. The other is Ken's. Which IS open on Sundays. So that leaves Ken's as the only option one day a week. One of the two days a week we consider eating out. My first experience at Ken's we ordered over the phone for pick up, a large pizza and an order of cheese bread. The lady over the phone said it would be around 30 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later at the drive-thru window. Which is a cool option for a pizza place. She only handed me a pizza. No cheese bread. I had to sit in the drive-thru for an additional 10 minutes while they made my cheese bread. She didn't charge me for the bread. But said it like she was doing me a favor. Uh... you messed my order up. I kinda expected it. But thanks... My second experience was similar. Ordered over the phone for pick up. We ordered a large pepperoni, black olive, and jalapeño pizza. Order of cheese bread. They tell my wife they can only make us a large order of cheese bread. Not a small. Which confuses the hell out of me. Whatever. About 30 minutes later I head over. This time I go inside. Pizza isn't ready. I ask about the order size of cheese bread and I get an excuse that doesn't make any sense to me. Whatever. I don't work there. Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about. So I pay extra for a larger size. I wait another 10 minutes and it's finally ready. I check the pizza and there's no jalapeños. In their place there's onions. I'm not picky. I ate the pizza. It was good. So there's that. This place does have good pizza, in my opinion. But the communication is horrible. I don't know how you get onion out of the word jalapeño. I don't know how you hear me order cheese bread and then not give it to me. Like I was just talking to myself over the phone. Or force me to pay for a large order of something you can cut and then serve in the smaller size. There's an older lady working there and a handful of teenagers. Take what you want from that. I think they just don't care. So we won't be back. It's not horrible. But honestly my patience with the lack of communication at any food place is wearing thin as it is. They had two chances. My sister and I returned to Ken's last Saturday. We had the salad bar and wings of fire. The chicken wings were so crispy and juicy, the ranch dressing perfect, and the salad bar was great except that some of the cucumbers looked a bit watery. The new manager Bobbi cane by and introduced herself and encouraged us to let her know if we needed anything, had complaints or suggestions. Our waitress, DeeDee, was great. read more

Taking all things into consideration, I'm giving Ken's Pizza 3 stars and only because the pizza was so delicious and the lady I spoke with on the phone was very honest and sweet. I called ahead and almost ordered a Jumbo, but the woman on the phone was kind enough to tell me I shouldn't for the sole reason that it practically falls apart when you grab a slice. (Toppings slide off.) She was very nice and I loved that she was up front with me. She told me my order would be ready in 29 minutes. I arrived at the establishment in exactly 29 minutes. I heard the ringing as I drove over the drive-thru sensor. I waited, and waited, and waited without even being greeted. I saw 3 different employees. One working front, one in the kitchen, and one standing around with his hand on his hip. I sat long enough for at least two songs to play through fully. Before I knew it I had a car behind me, and shortly after came a car behind that. Finally I was greeted with "What's your name?" Not even a 'Hello' or 'Sorry for the wait'. I feel as though the pizza is pretty over priced. I ordered a few toppings on each pizza, one of which I wanted jalapeños. Mind you, I paid $1.50 for each topping and had approximately 6 jalapeños on my pizza. Let me rephrase that, I paid $1.50 for 6 dime sized slices of jalapeño. That's a bit steep if you ask me. As I said in the beginning, the pizza was delicious. It was hot and fresh. Visually it was pleasing and it tasted great, but the poor face-face customer service and pointless wait time is the reason I can't give it 5 stars. read more

This was the worse visit ever at Kens pizza in Chandler,Ok. My wife complained about her medium BBQ chicken tasted really bad. I tasted it myself and the chicken did taste off. My wife told the waitress she came over to our table and asked "May I stick my fork in your pizza and taste it" we were shocked. She tasted our pizza. Then she went to back to tell the manager to tell her what was going on. She spoke very loud and obnoxious to her manager we heard plain as day "She spit the chicken out and the customer is being a bitch" which was extremely rude and embarrassing. The manager came over and said "I had a pizza earlier and it tasted great". Instead of offering us another pizza she discounted our drinks and salad. If your going to give us a discount then don't charge us for the pizza. My family has been going to Kens for decades now we will never step foot in the restaurant after tonight. I had the worst pizza ever last night at Chandler Kens Pizza they was hardly any meat I ordered Italian sausage and Pepperoni some pieces had one half piece of pepperoni only and no sausage it was a total ripoff I didn't eat a third of it I also ordered meat and cheese Nachos first one waitress said the cooked burnt them and is fixing me another and when I got it there was hardly any cheese and a few specs of meat on it the waitress was great but the food was pitiful read more

Well we decided to go try out Ken's Pizza in Chandler tonight since they have a new manager thinking it would be better, huge mistake. We walked in and sat down and so did another lady and we waited about 10 minutes and no one came over to the table and there were 4 people at the desk and no other customers other than the lady that came in after us. So my honey goes up to the desk to put our order in and the lady at the front said, " if would you go back to your table someone will be with you, we are trying to figure out registers" she was very hateful. So my honey was like are you sure you want to eat here and I said no not with her being that hateful. So we got up to leave and so did the other lady because they were just hateful and really rude. To make matters worse as we were walking out the door the same lady starts yelling at as as we are leaving, because we chose to leave. Moral of the story is we won't ever be going back to Ken's Pizza. You should never treat a customer that way, I foresee Ken's going out of business completely soon especially with workers like that. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE. My daughter and I ordered two pizzas here and some hot wings. They entirely screwed up the order. I ordered Buffalo wings with the bones. They gave me some wings of fire that was boneless. The pizza literally taste like cardboard. When I asked for a District Manager the lady named Courtney lies to me and gave me her personal cell phone number so I wouldn't be able to call in a complaint when I tried to call. She was very rude and belligerent with me and then tried to make out like it was my fault when I got right back with her and didn't cower down. The pizza....tolerable at best. The salad bar is awesome, but is only fresh and stocked just "before" the lunch or dinner rush. They are terrible at replenishing the pizza and salad buffets during the rush and during the slow times. In the summer, the air conditioning works about half the time. Our most recent experience was not good at all. The ONE waitress was too busy to notice that we were even in the restaurant. In her defense, she was taking care of the entire restaurant and acting as the cashier. That's a management problem, not a waitress problem. read more

Honestly if I can give no stars I would. I've been to this place twice it is nothing like the Sapulpa location. This place borders on disgusting. True the salad bar is decent if you stick to the salad. We had gotten some pudding to feed to my son who is a toddler. The pudding was so bad it was chunky. The east side items for the salad or not fresh. Every time we order on Wednesday night for church from this place somehow three or four the pizzas manage to get burned. Went by at 1 pm today for buffet. I don't live in Chandler but come here often for work and the past couple of times the buffet has been weak. Today was the worst. I was greeted by a cook when I walked in-I didn't see a lobby attendant the entire 20 minutes I was there. I grabbed a plate and got about three pieces of pizza-the only slices that looked like they hadn't been sitting out for a while. They were ok but not warm. I was never approached about a drink and it appeared that all the employees were having a good time yelling at each other in the kitchen. I decided to just leave and pay my bill but I do plan on letting a manager no about my experience. Terrible customer services and cold, dried up pizza does not a good meal make. read more

Ordering a pizza and two appetizers, wings and cheese sticks, only to have 1 appetizer and the pizza brought out at the same time. No plates, no silverware and a confused look when we asked for the bread sticks. She said they would be right out, came back five minutes later empty handed. I guess they forgot was her explanation.
