Came in as a first time customer and selected the most expensive synthetic oil change including tire rotation and fluid top offs. I asked them to look at my brakes when they rotated the tires and let me know how they're doing... told me my front brakes had 15% life left in them and back brakes had about 25%, and that I needed to get all pads and front rotors replaced as soon as possible. Told me the price to get them done there. I said I'd think about it. A week later, I just left my car dealership where the mechanic did a full inspection and found that actually my front brakes have 45% life left in them, and my back brakes have upwards of 60% left. Apparently it is nowhere near time to change my brake pads let alone my rotors. I am thankful that I got a second opinion before doing unnecessary service on my car and paying over $300. read more

Called twice before coming in for brake service. Sat in waiting area for almost 2 hours, TWO HOURS! People and cars came and went and no one ever said a word. I finally stood up, ask for my keys and walked out. Not a word spoken. Jackleg's there sat around smoking and talking while wasting my morning. read more

Been taking my Jeep in to this shop since the day I bought it. The front desk is always friendly, and the service is always prompt. Their "Buy 5, Get the Next One Free" oil change card is a great incentive. Will continue to take my Jeep in for the oil changes, and other maintenance related jobs. read more

I was going to the one in edmond. And they really helped. Now ive moved to the south side and i feel that they take the same care of me. Great people I've been coming here for over a year. Deplorable business tactics. Had some and mother getting estimates to fix his car. They ended up here. $600 mistake to simply fix a window. First was they asked for an estimate to get it fixed. They were told they would get that for her. Then after the options to replace the regulator, motor and labor it would be $600. I did not want the item fixed on a $1500 car I just wanted the window up so he could drive to work. They asked for a copy of the estimate and then was immediately charged $65 for them to hook it up to the diagnostic machine. This is a window! They defiant took advantage of a 75 year old woman and a kid. I called and spoke with Michael. Told him do not fix it. That was too much and why was the option not given for them to turn down an estimate if it costs $65. Then to make things worse they receive a call from my father in law to fix it. I did not want them to repair it. They purposely with held information so they could make an easy $65. Then take the okay to fix it from some one other than the owner of the car. It was the first estimate and I wanted three and I would not pay for an estimate. I can replace an entire window for $250. If there are no cars in the parking lot, then there is a reason. Found this place on Yelp and liked their coupons. As a girl I'm always apprehensive about getting my car worked on. I want it safe, obviously, but I don't want to be taken advantage of. First time I brought my car I was for an oil change. They did a little inspection and noticed I had a lot of water in the engine (it was a used car if just bought) and suggested I winterize it, not then but at some point--boy am I glad I did with this weather we're currently experiencing! Another time I brought it in for something they showed me the air filter that was positively FILTHY and suggested I change it. They're upfront and reasonable with their prices, don't hardcore pressure you into stuff but genuinely seem to care that your car is good. Highly recommend this place! read more

I'm am very disappointed with the service I received because I was in for a routine oil change with my fluids being topped off and the pit transmission fluid in my power steering fluid instead and the very next day my whole power steering went out leaving me with a very high Mechanic bill. Their acting like it's not their fault and don't want to pay to fix my car so I would highly not recommend anybody to go through Percision tune if it were up to me I would make sure they were close down today due to this problem because they are not willing to help out with the mistake that they made on their part and they want nothing to do with that they want to act like I didn't even come into the building that day and they're in the wrong and they should help me pay for it to be fixed. So this whole time I thought I had an oil leak... Something told me to check myself and I never did. Today was warm enough to work on my car so I go under my car, with my expensive, new, and shiny oil pan preparing to change it. To my surprise my oil pan didn't have a stripped plug, it was just loosened. The mechanics, at the Precision Tune Auto Care on Western and SW 89th, told me that I needed to get a new one ASAP and they kept trying to make me pay for it then and there. They wouldn't let me see for myself and I didn't believe them because I've never had an oil leak until I went to them for an oil change. They loosened the plug just a tiny bit, so that it would leak and unloosen slowly. I have spent so much money into oil alone. Because I was unable to change it until the weather was warm and I didn't feel the need to pay someone for a job I could do. They messed up my ex's car and I should've listened to myself and checked myself! I know there are shifty mechanics that are just trying to make a quick buck, but seriously??? I really want to give them a piece of my mind tomorrow. AVOID THEM! read more
