I had gotten pulled over due my registration being expired (unknown to me - I am going through a move and completely forgot since I hadn't received anything about it!), but when I got stopped, it was around midnight, and the asshole cop decided to tow my vehicle. I was able to come pick it up the next day. HOWEVER, when I picked it up, it was in the way back against another beaten up car in the dark, and I could only see the driver's side to get in and drive home. It was today that I went outside to take a look at my Mercedes, and the WHOLE RIGHT SIDE is scraped!!! I literally JUST replaced both bumpers and had repainted all the minor scratches to get it in top shape, but now THIS! I took pictures, but we'll see what they have to say. It's going to cost me SO MUCH MONEY to fix, the whole side is damaged, as well as a CHUNK of my front corner of my bumper that I just replaced and painted!! I'm so upset I can't even see straight. Our car was towed to Ken's by WSP after my daughter got in an accident and totaled our Mitsubishi on I-90. I then had to go to Ken's impound lot the next day for a virtual inspection for Allstate's purposes. Long story short, Allstate was backed way up because of a plethora of accidents recently, and I had to wait at the impound yard for about 3 hours, on hold, with Allstate's "virtual assistant." The tow truck driver had to wait with me due to security reasons, and he hung out there patiently the whole time, and shared interesting stories about his work as a tow truck driver. I wish I knew his name, his presence was greatly appreciated. He could have easily and understandably locked the gate and moved on to other things after an hour of waiting. Allstate eventually started the inspection as it was getting dark, and within 24 hours our family had the cash value of our totaled car in hand, all with minimal headache. I credit both the patient, kind tow truck driver and Allstate with making a bad situation better. read more

This was by far the worst experience in my life. I have spoke with them on the phone over 40 times in one day just trying to get them to email me back and give me the correct information but they give me the run around specifically CYNTHIA who is apparently the supervisor but dodges your call to take a 2 hr lunch break KNOWING your on a tight schedule trying to get your car shipped the next day and I strongly felt she just did not care and was not trying to help me at all . This is by far the worst towing company but the only one that would tow my car to get it shipped thanks to them I never plan on shipping my car ever again costs MORE than my car. I wish I could give no stars it was just so frustrating do NOT give these impolite LAZY people your business . read more

This company is absolutely corrupt! I was involved in a hit and run today, my front bumper was dented and didn't allow my tire to rotate. The police officer called kens towing, when they arrived, the driver let me use a pry bar to bend my bumper out of the way enough for my tire to rotate. Mind you, I was the one working on it not kens towing. I spent maybe 5 minutes working on it. The driver was great, he called his shop to see if he could get me a discount being that he was only there about 5 mins with no tow. The company made the employee charge me $301 for just showing up, it took him longer to write the invoice than it did for me to repair my bumper. I have had a contracting company for over 10 years and I couldn't even imagine treating a customer like that. Do not ever hire this company, they have no business or interest in the service industry. So I got my vehicle towed by these guys, which was my fault for parking like a idiot. Past that point, I wanted to pick it up literally right after they towed it , they than lead me to believe that my vehicle was not going to be at the yard in time for pickup and I will have to pay another 100 bucks on top of the tow bill which was 550 so a total of $650 :0 , holy sh?t right !!! Well anyways had to get dropped off at the office on Monday morning at 8 o'clock when they "open" well after several calls and 2 hours later about 10:30am some fat fu$k came in and finally gave me my vehicle back no money off or anything not even a sorry ! My point is this company sucks I would not recommend relying on them for anything. this company is horrible. they somehow lost all my music cd's and my work tools...all worth well over a couple thousand dollars. They didnt even leave the set of binoculars that were in my smashed up center console. when I attempted to contact them...they would not return my phone calls and then when I finally reached them...they were no help at all. I believe they helped themselves to my personal belongings. I have also heard from several other people who have had to use them that they have a lot of problems with customers personal belongings missing after they tow the vehicle...imagine that. I hope you good for nothing thieves enjoy my cd's and all my tools. No matter what the situation, getting your car towed sucks! Especially when its soooo expensive. Even if I came to get my car immediately after it was towed, it would of cost me $365.. apparently it look a hour and a half of work to tow my car.. which is total BS especially since the towing yard is 5 mins away. My car had died and I left it there too long so it got towed away. Bummer.. Every 12 hours it goes up in price when you leave it there.. I ended up having to pay $460 since I left it there over night.. so shitty.. Once I accepted that they just would not lower the price.. things got a lot better! I called ahead to make sure they would be able to jump start it for me since it was dead when they towed it. When I arrived, they receptionist made this whole crappy experience wayyy better. She obviously couldn't lower the price but she was sooo helpful and truly caring! I thought all towing companies are assholes! But she was a sweet heart. I wish I remembered her name.. I know it started with an "S", Samone? Sonya? Sarah? she had blonde hair.. anyway, I asked her if they had someone still there that could jump start and she let me know that all the towing guys were gone for the day! I told her I have no idea what I am doing when it come to jump starting.. But I could figure it out. I just had to run home and get the cables. She offered to help, even stay past closing time if needed. Luckily I did not need her to. When I came back with the cables, she even brought her car over in case my car wasn't able to jump start the other one. Apparently she wasn't an expert either but knew a lot more than me and was soooo helpful. Eventually we found out we were looking for the battery in the front when it was in the trunk the whole time.. gahh.. we saw two men sitting close by watching so i asked for help and they brought a portable jump box. That was pretty funny.. haha watching two girls not knowing what they are doing and they came to save the day! I can't explain enough how incredible she was. This was a horrible situation and I left actually with smile and $460 less in my wallet.. weird. Thanks so much girl! You are amazing! read more
