Now that I've gotten my grandpa's car fully fixed by another shop for much cheaper. I realized how scummy this place really was. First, I brought the car in Early April for a simple brake change. They gave me "Brand New" brake pads and rotors. Only charged me up the ass for them considering how bad they were. Gave me back the car (after 9 hours) with the brakes squeaking and occasional metal grinding. Second time comes around a few weeks after the initial appointment. They asked me to bring it at 8am, didn't get the car back until 5pm because no one notified me the car was ready. They say everything looks great and he didn't see any problems. My grandpa is very old and the brakes squeaking and grinding was concerning since they charged me a little over $1400. After the second occurrence, every time I called, I would get sent to voicemail until about 5-6 days later I get a hold of George. He said it was quite odd that they were squeaking, even though it isn't life threatening... he will still schedule me a third time again a 3-4 weeks out. On this third appointment, I bring it in, 10 hours later gets it back and he lets me know that they found a small pebble in between the brakes. He sands down that brake pad so that the small dent that is gone. So now one of my brake pads is sanded down while the other four aren't. The sound was still there. At this point, I was so annoyed I called and asked for a refund for just the front two since they were squeaking/grinding. I got told by George that he will let Cory (owner) know but never did for about three weeks. I got hung up on while he was waiting to get Cory to get back to me. They talked down on me because wanting refund over grinding brakes was absurd apparently. The car was not mine, and I had to work and pay for all the Ubers there and back each time. Took it to another shop and found out that they said that the brakes were actually very worn and did not look brand new at all for being done about 2-3 months ago. The lug nuts were stripped so badly they couldn't get one tire off. I guess being a woman and coming to the Shop is a No go. It is a complete waste of your money and time. Lost $1400 and Ubers plus 39 hours of my time trying to do something nice for my grandpa here. You have better luck going to a zoo and having monkeys do it for you. Also, whoever brought your Mr. clean van in here Corey set the engine on fire. Hopefully he didn't try to blame it on car for having issues after. read more

I have a Mitsubishi Delica L400, which very few mechanics are willing to work on. Andy's Auto Repair was, and I had them install a EGT/Temp/Boost sensors and 3 in 1 gauge, and they not only did a fantastic technical job, but a very tidy looking job, as well. The price was very reasonable, and the job was very thorough. I left impressed, and will not hesitate to ask them to do anything else on my vehicle that I think may be beyond my current DIY abilities. read more

As a church deacon I was called on to help a lady from CA who desperately needed a brake job, but couldn't afford it, so we offered to help her with that. Despite having quite a line-up of pending repairs at the shop, Corey offered to come in early the next day to do the work, and it was done by 10am, and at a very reasonable price. I rarely write a harsh review, but will make an exception here. I spent over $800 trying to get my car's A/C functioning. That included going to Grease Monkey for a recharge the attendant insisted was the problem...over the phone! That person was new, I think, but he was rude and condescending, calling me "dear", speaking in a smart aleck lofty manner, and showing me a diagram of an A/C system to explain what was wrong. The problem had reoccured and he insisted it was again a part that failed and it could not be a coolant leak because the pressure tested OK. He must have slept through science class because a small leak would not read low pressure immediately. I am now going elsewhere and suggest you do the same. read more

When you call Andy's, and you will get put on hold (be patient), AND when you get an appointment and come to the shop and the parking area is absolutely packed, you'll see that we ALL agree that this is truly an amazing find. Every single person at the shop cares that your concern is heard, that they explain their findings, and that they work with you to accomplish fixing your vehicle and getting you safely on the road. Guys were super nice they went through my car with a fine tooth picked comb. I had taken it to another shop but the mechanic didn't have time to put into the car for repairs since it's a small shop. I made an appointment with Andy's three weeks later they fixed my master switch for my windows. Checked my modules since that was the initial problem and found that it was just low voltage but cleared it. I also had some other minor things that they couldn't fix due to it's a dealer issue but told me how to go about it. I think I found my new mechanic shop. read more

I am delighted with Andy's Auto. I have a 40 year old truck and my regular mechanic didn't want to work on it. The guys at Andy's had no such issues; after doggedly searching for parts for one specific problem, and not finding the parts, they huddled and came up with a clear solution that resolved the problem. Corey said he could install a pair of jm200 engine mounts and brackets in my jeep but he claimed they wouldn't fit. Then told me he would have to rebuild the entire exhaust system on the other side of the vehicle in order to "miss" the transfer case crossmember. He claimed he several times on the phone and in person he wouldnt charge me to look at it. But then a day later told me he changes his mind and told me he is charging me for looking at it. In the end they charged me $281 for a "diagnosis that was incorrect (since i later installed then same engine brackets and mounts in my jeep). He also misdiagnosed the soft brakes. As i figured it needed the master cylinder pin. He claimed it needed an inline brake pressure switch. I would not recommend them as they aren't very skilled but mostly because he changed his mind on charging me to look at it once he got the jeep in his possession. read more

First good sign was a 30 day wait to get my car in. Like a high demand 5star restaurant there should be a waiting line. Honest, reasonable, fairly priced. Technically sound. Basically everything you look for in a mechanic. Occasionally they're really swamped, which, IMO, is a pretty good sign in a mechanic. You can only stay so busy with suckers. I've taken my Ford in here half a dozen times for a variety of service, and always gotten fair estimates quickly. Corey is fantastic and so are his mechanics. My engine light kept coming on and they changed my plugs and wires. It kept running bad but they fixed the problem with out an appointment. Plus I was told to go on my vacation and pay for it when I get back. I drive a Ford ranger. My dash lights where burned out. Corey checked all around to find new light bulbs for it. He even called Harris Ford. At Ford they wanted $20 for each light bulb. Corey found some that works for a V.W. they work great. I even got my Mom to go to this shop. I was having a hard time finding a mechanic who I can rely to. I've been calling several shops about my brakes and one thing I've notice with Andy's Auto Repair is they really go into details and explains to you what's going on with your car. This is going extra than to just merely fixing what's wrong in the car. They also charge less and they are very honest and will only fix what's wrong with your car.
