The woman who answered the phone, who I later learned was Roxanne, refused to provide even a general price range. She told me they don't give prices over the phone and that I would have to make an appointment. When I politely asked for her name, she hung up on me. I called back and left a message explaining what had happened and asking to speak with Larry or Everett. Instead, Roxanne called me back. Rather than listening to my concerns, I felt she talked over me, raised her voice, and insisted she had not been rude. I repeatedly asked her to stop yelling at me. During this call, another business owner named John was listening on the line and heard the entire conversation. I called a third time and finally spoke with Everett. He told me Roxanne was his wife. Instead of listening to my concerns as a customer, I felt he immediately defended her and showed no interest in resolving the situation or apologizing for the way I had been treated. I own four vehicles and was looking for a shop to perform brakes, a four-wheel alignment, and a coolant flush--well over $1,000 worth of work. Because of the way I was treated, they lost not only this job but my future business as well. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Car Care. I will gladly take my business to a company that values its customers and treats them with courtesy. PS I would've never written this review if Everett didn't dismiss me and said he stuck up for his wife who's bat shit crazy ruining his business.. all ever had to do was apologize and I would've never written this, but he didn't.

This was the worst car repair experience I've ever had. After a month of "did you look at it or…read morenot" I was told I needed a new engine. They tried to sell me a used engine for $10000. When the engine arrived they confirmed it was delivered but claim they never inspected it. It took 3 weeks for the mechanic to decide to install engine then he called to say the exhaust manifold was cracked. I told him it was under warranty I would get back to him the next day. He installed it and tried to add $400 to the bill without my permission. The bill went from $1500 up to 3000, down to $2800 then $2400. The final bill was $1972. I pay my balance only to discover my brakes have been tampered with. They tried to convince me my brakes were metal to metal after sitting for 5 months through spring. They offer to take a look at them when I return for the final time they had the nys trooper and sheriff waiting. I was respectful, pleasant and even shook the manager's hand not sure why he felt the need to have them there. I felt I was racially profiled and police presence was an intimidation tactic because they knew they were wrong.

With financing secured and a deposit placed on the vehicle we planned to purchase, we headed to the "new" Mini of Buffalo (West Herr BMW) to have our trade appraised with high hopes that this purchase would be as smooth as the previous two. We left disappointed. The original trade-in offer they made us -- at roughly $7,000 below what other dealerships had already offered -- was insulting. We sat for over an hour and a half while they crunched numbers. After that time, a second offer came back, following a somewhat condescending explanation of how the market works that we did not need. Still below what we were being offered other places. We were a "no." Feeling insulted and frustrated at the time we wasted (we both took time off from work to make the appointment), we made the tough decision to move on. We asked for our deposit back and were taken to cashier. She literally told us, and the sales manager we had been working with, that we would have to wait while she finished something else. Not a "hello." Not "how are you doing today?" Just a "I have to do this first" with a shush finger in the air. So, we were left waiting again. After about 15 minutes, she tells us that there's nothing she can do. It would have to wait until the next day. We still have not heard back on getting the deposit. The experience at Mini of Buffalo was awful. That said, our sales manager is someone we have worked with in the past. His enthusiasm and knowledge of the Mini brand is unmatched. He seemed as disappointed as we were. And, frankly, he deserves far better. The Mini brand deserves far better.

The sales team is friendly without being overbearing and they aren't the least bit pushy. I didn't feel like I was cornered into agreeing to terms that didn't work for me and they were honest about their pricing, which was great. I never thought I'd be a "MINIac", but here I am, sucked into the culture and happily. Getting my MINI through Towne has been a real treat and has allowed me to meet some new and wonderful friends who are just as enthusiastic about their car. Towne supports the group with events throughout WNY (picnics, rallys, Christmas parties, and a lot of philanthropy as well). If you're interested in a MINI, go see the team at Towne.

I thought it was a minor issue and any mechanic would do. I was stopped at the red light and I saw this autoshop right in front of me, so I took my car. They seemed pleasant, very pleasant, making comments like "this is the best place to work!" I saw the owner, silver haired old man, walking around, keeping an eye. After two hours of waiting, the receptionist came back with her iPad and started showing me pictures of my brake and quoted me $1200, labor alone was priced at $463.00! Along, with the brakes, they had 9 other recommended services, which they said was urgent. All together, the additional service was another $3000. I was desperate and needed my car the next day for a trip, which I had shared with the receptionist. She told me they'll take great care of the car and even gave me some discount and automatically enrolled me in their loyalty program. While I was waiting, I saw three other customers enter the door. Two older men and one young woman. I picked up my car next morning and took it to another reputable place, Sweeneys Garage, and was told my brakes are good for few more months and all of the other work they highly recommended, I didn't need!! Do not go here. The silver hair old man is a scammer! This place preys on the vulnerable and is a prime example of rip off mechanics!!
