Somehow they had my car for an hour and a half just to show me a tiny tack-sized nail. During that entire time the car was lifted and the tire was completely removed. This was by far the slowest process I've ever experienced for something as basic as checking a tire. To make it worse, there were only three cars in the garage at the time, so there's really no excuse for the delay. What should have been a quick 15-30 minute check turned into a long, close to 2 hour wait. Overall, the service felt extremely slow and unorganized. I would not recommend coming here if you need something done efficiently. It took them roughly two hours to patch 1 tire.

I was explained everything in detail and had pictures on my invoice so I could see what's going on with my vehicle. They updated me along the way when they had my vehicle and even offered me a loaner car so I could take care of my kids, get back and forth to work. I stopped at the Mavis on Transit on my way home back to Rochester for air, and their pump wasn't in service. Their mechanic Burra came outside and told me to pull around to the side and he'd put air in it. Without me even asking, he tightened my valve stem which was loose and offered to patch my tire.
