He had a very thick Indian accent and was tenacious at wanting to inform me of my "free" gift that I didn't want. I find this association with a hospital extremely inappropriate and of no service to me. If I could give you "0" stars I would.

This person was not a English first language, the lack of help was appalling to me. Then the billing. I have visited several times and not showing payments posted. I called and asked for a statement of account. Any provider should be able to provide this, it is a list of services and payments. I was told I would be sent the statement, what I received was individual copies of bills. I noticed a payment was not posted, I called back and the person, says, "there is another bill". (Why do I not have it, I thought) I said I requested a full statement of my account. She said, "we don't do that, we can only send copies of individual bills" so I asked again to have a copy of every single bill sent so I can reconcile to make sure my payments are posted. I am now waiting for that, but I will not use Quest ever again. It is ridiculous that they can't print one statement for me with everything and they way they treated people in person was degrading. Go elsewhere if you can.
