I'm always in and out so quickly and the staff are always so friendly, kind, efficient and make sure you're well taken care of. You can even go virtual visits on their site. I have come here for all types of problems and I always get the help I need. Every employee I encounter actually listen to me. They make sure to explain everything in great detail and I never leave confused about any treatment to recover. They have the best care I've ever experienced. Even after so long the place still looks brand new. The rooms are so clean and so cozy and private. Even the waiting area is very nice.

Very friendly (maybe too much, over the top), personable and kind. The only reasonably professional person I dealt with in that visit. It's very close by, so for convenience, I'll take it. But based on the number of people in the waiting room the entire time I was there (no one but me) and as I was leaving, this may not be an option much longer. This review is well overdue. I was sent to PT and Speech therapy as a step to recover from my head trauma. I was very skeptical because the last thing I want to do is exercise while being in pain. But they assigned me to Carrie R for physical therapy and I can't explain enough how great she is at her profession, she specializes in concussions so it was a perfect match. She educates you, and pushes you to recover at the pace your mind and body can go. Her voice is calming and her approach is magnificent. A true angel. She has helped me so much, unfortunately I had to stop therapy abruptly because of some other issues, but I plan to go back. Carrie is a life saver and she has helped me so much. She helped me with my balance immensely and for that I am grateful. Her exercises never were too much for me, but she would push me, but also had a belt on me and would hold me so I wouldn't fall, which made me trust her a lot. I just got a call from there where a completely incoherent woman rambled for 10 minutes about how we need a referral ( a referral that has now been sent TWICE by the neurologist. ) I still think Dr G is great, but I will have to take my needs elsewhere. I really wish he would do something about his staff.
