I remember the days at Radioshack, but in Kentucky there is no Radioshack. I needed a battery for my garage door opener and low and behold it was a batter I had never seen before. A32? It is like a smaller batter lengthwise than a triple AAA and I thought those were the smallest cylindrical batteries. The associate new exactly where they were and so it was a quick buy and out. Two staff members thought it was haptic vibration but my phone never made that noise before. I asked for a full refund, which they complied without any hassle. When I returned to the store the next day to get my phone back with the original battery, Mike explained to me he found a problem in the phone. As I suspected all along, he told me it was a loose screw. He tightened it for me just in case I wanted to keep their new battery. The service was very professional. I don't usually like to exchange opinions back and forth with sales technicians. I almost didn't go back because of it. I'm glad I did. They were professional and courteous; they did not intimidate customers even when we didn't see things eye-to-eye. Will I go back? Absolutely! They were great, especially Mike!
