According to their advertising, they have expanded their repair services to cover industrial sewing machines, longarm quilting machines, multi-needle embroidery machines, and sergers. Based on that information, I contacted them in September 2025 for routine maintenance -- cleaning, oiling, and tension adjustment. My machine was running prior to service, although it had been sitting unused for about a year. After the technician completed the service, I ran a small design and the machine stopped within a few minutes, displaying multiple error codes that had not appeared before. To their credit, communication improved once the issue began, and they picked up the machine to evaluate it further at their store. However, this process continued from September 2025 until February 2026. The machine was ultimately returned to me in February 2026 unrepaired. I was told they were unable to obtain the necessary part and that the head was likely bad. While I appreciate the communication efforts, I am disappointed that I paid $700 for service and, after several months, received my machine back not functioning. This has been a frustrating, lengthy, and costly experience -- and not the outcome I expected when choosing a company that advertises service for multi-needle embroidery machines.

Wasting my time and then offering that amount was a huge slap in the face. yet they are selling pre-owned machines from the same time frame as mine for over $6,000. Really frustrated with this company and the whole process of purchasing a new mower. The purchase…read morepart was easy, they took my money quickly, then had to wait for a grass catcher to be ordered, so got delivery about a little over a week later. We parked it in the garage, and three days later I went to do my first mow, and it wouldn't start, after several attempts, we had to jump it off, and as long as I didn't let it stop, I was able to mow. Also, the bag catcher didn't fit properly, but now I find out its because I didn't have it installed properly, it would have been nice if someone would have taken the time to show me how to put it on properly, but that would take customer service skills. After my first mow, I called them, they came out and put a new battery on, and supposedly it was fixed, again, about 3 days after that, I got on it to do my 2nd mow, and guess what, it wouldn't start. I made sure my arms were in the right position, and everything was correct, but just clicking. I had to jump it and again, it jump started immediately, and I was able to mow again, but by this time, I'm just angry, i've paid a lot of $$ for a new mower, I shouldn't have to jump start it each time. So I called them again, and they said well, sometimes we get some machines that just aren't right, and they have to work with them, so they came out again to pick up, this time, they kept it for over a week, they claim that it has started everytime they've attempted, so they can't find anything wrong with it. I asked them, if I get this back, and it doesn't start, and we can prove its not user error, what is the process of giving this back, because I'm not going to be out the money, and I was told that they can't take it back, I would be stuck with it, but I could trade it in on something else, but not for the total sell price. I think if we reach that point, I will have my attorney contact them instead of me. So today, they delivered it back to my house, I told the manager Shane, to have them call me and I would open the garage so they could park it inside, if my wife didn't answer the door, and guess what, they just left it sitting in the middle of my driveway, never tried to get my wife to the door, and didn't call me for assistance. Moral of this story, you can purchase from them, they are happy to take your money, but after the transaction, don't expect any type of customer service...
