Exactly a month after I purchased my brand-new car, someone hit it while it was parked, knocking off the back bumper and leaving little dents, scratches, and chips in the paint. Needless to say, my husband and I freaked out a bit -- mainly because we knew the value of our brand-new car dropped dramatically. Sigh. Fortunately, the person that hit us was someone we knew and she was quick to contact her insurance to fix the car right away. Within days, the insurance company sent us to this location for repairs and a rental car [for free]. In less than a week, my car was fixed really well (with a lifetime warranty, I think) and looked brand-new again. Yay!! While we are happy with the way the car was fixed, their customer service is the main reason for this glowing review. Read on.... When we initially went to drop our car off for repairs, the rental car was not there yet. After waiting nearly a half hour, the customer service rep we were sitting with (I really wish I could remember his name....) contacted the rental car company (Enterprise) to figure out what was going on. Their computer systems didn't show that a car was rented for us. Whaaat!? He then contacted the insurance company (Progressive) to figure out what was up. Apparently, the person over the phone messed up and sent a rental car somewhere in Texas. Dude. Again.... whaaat!? Nothing associated with either car (ours, and the person that hit us) had anything to do with Texas. What a dumb error. Since it was nearing the end of the day, we were on a time crunch -- AND scheduled to leave for a weekend trip to Chicago the next day. Not to worry -- the guys working here were on top of their game. Not only was the customer service rep taking his time to find a car for us, but he also recruited his boss to make a few phone calls. After an hour and a half wait and them playing phone tag with insurance/rental companies, a car was found and delivered to us. I am sooooo thankful for the extra effort these guys put into finding us a car and keeping us happy. They didn't have to go the extra mile to make all those phone calls, and yet they did. And on top of that, my car was beautifully fixed and take care of. Nice job, guys. Thank you so much! read more

I had the absolute worst service. They scheduled my repair without ordering the appropriate parts. Then the service technician was sick and not able to work on my vehicle for a week. I understand that people get sick, but I never received a call to let me know the status or give me the option of rescheduling my appointment. Instead, they just kept saying they were supposed to get it "tomorrow". Three weeks later and a sizeable rental car bill, they delivered my vehicle. When I asked about the length of time and the extra cost of the rental car, they said, "we are sorry, nothing we can do about it." I advise you not to use them. I did not even want to hive them 1 star. This place is horrible! Took our handicapped van there on October 19, 2022. Today is Jan the 26th 2023 and it's still not repaired. They have only called me a hand full of times , each time with excuses and then saying it was ready to be picked up. I've been there 4 times to pick it up and each time it has been in worse shape than when I took it in. Not little things either. How can you put in a new roof and forget the rails? How can you leave headliner sagging and all the trim loose? Best yet, how can you take seat belts off and leave them laying in back seat for me to find? Corbin or Corbet supposedly the manager does not even look over vehicles to confirm the quality of job than was to be done. This is a handicapped van. How can you live with yourselves knowing you are trying to scam a handicapped person and they can be injured due to your lack of responsibility in doing your job to the best of your abilities. They have torn up parts of trim and said 'oh we didn't do that". They have lied through whole process. Filing complaint with BBB and seeking counsel due to their eminent role in endangering the safety of my paralyzed husband our children and myself . read more

My car was broken into at their lot. Kentucky Collision left the car unlocked over night and someone got into the lot and broke into my car. But it's not Kentucky Collision fault, so they say. My husband signed a paper saying Kentucky Collision could inspect my car, so I guess that means they don't have to secure their stuff. What a joke. No wonder our economy sucks in this country, nobody wants to do their job. The staff wouldn't even work on our car because of their policy, we don't fix cars if the insurance totals them out, even if it's light body damage. So first they turn away my money and then they don't secure the car when they had the key. They didn't even know the car was broken into. What a joke of a company. Love this place. They do a really great job every time we are needing repairs on our vehicles. They even vacuum out our cars and clean them up very nicely for us. I also really enjoy the warranty on the parts they fix as well. Every other collision center I've been to there has always been some kind of problems with the parts, but so far no complaints at all here. read more
