Labcorp sits inside Baptist Health. It was a quick sign up online although they also take walk-ins. An email confirmation was sent and I was able to load my insurance details. A kiosk is at the entrance. I checked in and had it scan my license. My lab order wasn't in the system but I was guided on the fax number to share with my doctor's office. The technician drawing my blood also checked me in. She was upbeat and made the experience easier for a person that is afraid of needles. No pain, no bruise. Fast and easy. I will definitely schedule myself back at this location, when needed.

The doctors are highly skilled and great listeners. There may be slight delays to have bloodwork but this is nothing atypical of a busy medical practice. If there is any area in need of improvement, it would be the communication between pharmacies and the office. Within minutes the door opened and three nurses walked in followed by APRN Audrey. they begun by taking my vitals and then asking me a series of questions to find out what care I needed. they assed my wound and applied the necessary medicine and bandages. I have never had such a great treatment by so many nurses. They were all friendly and the most helpful was APRN Audrey P Johnson. I need to return next week to follow up and see how it is healing. Yea, the looks are pretty bare minimum on the outside. The waiting room is devoid of color, excitement, and basically everything (I was the only one in there for my short 10 minute wait). But that's the glory of it. I was in and out of this place in an hour! In fact within that hour time span I was already on the way to the pharmacy. So this place ruled. I saw a Nurse Practitioner who was able to easily identify my issue. Not gonna lie, I already identified my issue before being seen, which was some type sinus/ear infection. But she told me that after her assessment that was her suspicion and followed up with a "now let's see what your white blood cell count-- oh wow. Well with how good you look now, I wasn't expecting it to be THAT high." Let's face it. I'm a warrior. Anyways, this place got me in an out faster than any other. Plus it's across the street from work. No copay for me. They will charge you whatever your normal doctors office does. My wife and I were in Kentucky for vacation. During our trip my wife injured her foot. We stopped by multiple urgent cares in Louisville, but for whatever reason (some closed, some closed by health department, others just too long a wait) we just could not find anyone to help her. We found Preston Urgent Care through Google, and as soon as we walked in Dr. Haq welcomed us with open arms. Long story short, he was able to quickly diagnose and treat the injury. He was professional, courteous, and kind. Being "out of towners" we were so impressed by his hospitality and kind demeanor. We made it back to Oklahoma, and my wife is doing much better.
