They came to clean my 2017 Silverado. They came once and the technician didn't do a good job. Nothing was shampoo as promised and dirt everywhere. After contacting the company they had another tech come back the following day and he did a better job . Pros- answered and fixed the problems right away. Cons- the first tech lost my screws from my Bedliner. After contacting the company they promised to ask the tech where he left the screws didn't heard anything back. Had to buy all the screws again. Screws not expensive just didn't like that they didn't bother to call or text me back regarding the screws. read more

My husbands truck was an absolute muddy mess on the inside. My technician showed up on time and completely transformed the inside of the truck. It looks brand new! I thought we were doing the outside of the truck as well but there must have been a miscommunication between us. The company sent a you g gentleman out who showed up an hour earlier than agreed on. He was here for exactly one hour. The result is no different. This company states they use carpet cleaners and machines. That did not happen. I genuinely have no idea why there reviews are so good. I am out $125 and want a refund. read more

I purchased a car detailing as a gift for my parents. The technician came to their home, and was very pleasant. However, he did a terrible job. Even the most basic things weren't good--like a really streaky windshield. The carpets were not clean, and he never even opened or vacuumed out the back of the van. The car was left with a terrible odor that lingered still days later. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and they have been slow to respond and have not resolved the issue as of yet. read more

Had a great experience with these guys. Very quick to respond to quotes, friendly and informative staff, very fair prices for the quality of work. They were able to book me next day at my home and spent ample time (3 hours+) washing and detailing inside and out. Working from home now so not commuting and wanted to get it all dialed in while was sitting in garage more now... job well done. My most recent experience with Kenyon leaves a lot to be desired. The quality of the work is marginal at best. The first tech missed quite a few clearcoat contaminants on the trunk and got a considerable amount of compound in the trim. Kenyon quickly volunteered to come out for a re-do, which turned out to be a joke. The tech told me he wasn't allowed to do a full redo and half heartedly used a bottle of Turtle Wax trim cleaner to try to get the compound out of the trim. It did absolutely nothing, and he left a bunch of the trim cleaner residue on the paint along the lower trim. The company's incoherent, rambling response to this review is a perfect summary of the lack of logic and professionalism that seems to be their hallmark. Bottom line: If you care about quality, look elsewhere. read more

Scheduled for a mobile ceramic coating- (some sort of coating) What I got was- Over charged for a spot ceramic job on my car. The kid that came out did a spot job on different areas of my car. Next day I noticed dull spots, and areas that were never touched including my entire roof. Had to take my car to a professional detail shop to help me correct and fix those dull areas from poor technique. Very disappointed and would not recommend. read more

Ram 1500 Rebel. Never washed or cleaned it out once since I bought it, about 18 months ago. Probably not as bad as some cars, but a real mess that I didn't want to deal with. Dog. Hair. Everywhere. Kyle came by on a Saturday morning, by himself, and was done in... I don't know, three hours or so. Truck looked absolutely brand new. Everything clean and shiny and slick, inside and out. It's my first time writing a review on Yelp. I would feel bad about myself if I don't write this review. I highly recommend Shaun! Well, I don't know others, but he did an amazing job to detailing my car this morning!!! I have recommended him and Kenyon to all friends around me. I am going to post it on FB as well!! When I saw Shaun, I was a bit worried. He looked young. Then about 1.5 hours later, he texted me, he's done. I became very worried! I walking out with regret not listening to my dealer's advice to go to a professional place to detailing my car. I took a deep breath and told myself to point the unclean spot patiently. However, When I checked my car, I couldn't find any places that need redoing. I couldn't believe it, so I checked a few times, eventually found the spot that you still can vaguely see a bit sunblocks. Then Shaun used something to make it looks better. I actually couldn't notice it when I was driving today. He even found a sock in my car! It's a pleasant experience. Shaun did an amazing job! I am proud of myself making a right decision by myself! I bought a 'discount' coupon for their interior service and scheduled an appointment. Excellent communication. Got a response, set the appointment, got digital follow-up and confirmation. Since I had an un-find-able odor, I asked if I could be moved up in case of a cancellation - they obliged. And in fact, they did call me up and were able to move my appointment a few days earlier! The day came and I got more communication - but this time, there was a problem... one of their trucks broke down. They were very apologetic and I could tell that they were concerned with my response. But crap happens and I was able to accommodate the time change and they were willing to shift locations (from work to home) to make it work for me. I can imagine some people would be put off by such an event, but they jumped through hoops to take care of me. Finally, they show up and got to work. Gave me a time frame, but due to the setting sun and loss of light, they felt the need to get additional manpower (actually womanpower in this case) to finish on time. I was VERY impressed that they brought in more people to make the job happen as promised. This is not something you see often and it made me feel like a valued customer. The end result was amazing - so much so that even my teenage son was impressed! (best compliment to their service!!!) I HIGHLY recommend Kenyon detailing... Cons: Payment reader didn't work to receive payment. Internal windshield not done very well. Glass on speedometer looked pretty bad like they sprayed it down and never cleaned it. Macaroni, make up and soda spills still left untouched after first trip AND return correction trip to address these lingering issues. The owner said he WOULDN'T have sent out someone to fix the issues for a 3rd time- I didn't want 3 trips, I wanted it done correctly in 1. Check out the pictures. They were all from after 2 people had supposedly detailed my car. I could use water and a napkin to wipe off the makeup/smudges/residue but apparently 2 of their employees couldn't accomplish this. Don't use this place. Pay a little more and get what you're expecting. Just had my car cleaned-- Kid was super nice, he showed up a little late because he was given the wrong address, they honored a price on their website that I later noticed was expired- So kudos to them for that, they didn't honor the $20 off for following their social media, as advertised on Yelp- No discount on Promotional Pricing (Quote received on Yelp wasn't stated as promotional). My car needed to be vacuumed BAAAAD, I also have a 4 year old, so parents you know my car looked like a napkin- He vacuumed it out well, I won't say great because I could have done this myself but was expecting some professional grade equipment to whip my car into shape that I am too lazy to buy. I won't say I'm impressed with the level of "detailing" because I'm extremely doubtful the seats were shampooed, I've been inspecting and scratching off crumbs and spills off the seats since he left. Also came out with a wet paper towel and wiped off some of the "stains" that a DEEP cleaning of the seats wasn't able to remove.... A lot of it was make up, and as ladies you know- If Bare minerals can't resist my sweat, it wouldn't resist a deep shampooing. The pictures should speak for themselves- I wasn't expecting a brand new car's interior- But my expectation was that they do a better job than what I could achieve on my own. They did do a great job with the actual detail.... BUT - I was told it would take 3 1/2 hours. It took 5 1/2 hours. It's a good thing I had no appointments scheduled the day I took my car in. It wasted my whole day. When I picked up my car, I wasn't given seat covers or anything, and drive home 25 minutes sitting in soaking wet seats. The detailing was good. I found Kenyon on Yelp and decided to go with them to detail my daughter's Honda Civic that we bought used. My main goal was to get the seats cleaned and have the interior detailed, as well as the exterior to protect it from the sun. The technician they sent out "Tyler" was polite and friendly, I explained to him this is my daughter's first car and wanted to make sure it came out feeling like new. About 2.5 hrs later he said he was done and when I was looking at the car, there was still visible dirt in the hubcaps and dust/dirt in the door jams as well as dust/dirt in between the center console and emergency break. He went over it again only for me to tell him it still didn't look clean. I asked him what kind of cleaner he was using for the interior dash/plastic and he said it was a "wax cleaner" and even offered him to use a different cleaner bc it didn't seem like the one he was using was working. After having to look over his shoulder and asking him to clean in between the console and his reply "I don't know how" I just got fed up and realized I would have saved $165 by doing all of this by myself at a car wash. Next day a 2nd detailer was sent out to basically go back over the interior and even said that he did a poor job and that it "didn't even look like he shampooed the seats". Some stains on the cloth interior were EXACTLY the same as before Tyler shampooed and the 2nd tech was able to get the stains out for me by using a spot treatment cloth cleaner. I was happy with the customer service I received with Kyle (manager) and Jessica (scheduler) and felt comfortable voicing my concerns with them, but it was a nuisance to supervise for 3-4 hours and having to repeat myself over and over. They tried their best to improve my experience and I'm glad that they care about quality of service, but it was lacking all around. Hopefully it becomes more consistent in the future, as I am seeing multiple reviews with the same issue Unfortunately, would not use this service again. read more
