Update: Kenyon ended up reaching out and fixing all of the issues. Even sent out the same guy and he was awesome and apologized for the inconvenience. I have changed my review due to the outstanding service and how they treated my issues empathetically and treated me with the utmost respect. Salute to Kenyon for owning their mistake and making it right. was not too impressed. First they canceled last minute then Just got an independent contractor who came out and did not shampoo the carpet, did not clean any part of the fabric , didn't shampoo or condition leather seats as stated ....really didn't do much. It looks like they vacuumed my car out and that's about it. Sat outside with the contractor for about 20 minutes letting them know what to fix. Also, asked about the shampoo carpet that did not get shampooed and seats look horrible. My car was not very dirty from the beginning, but they still did not do anything I can brag about . $180 for an interior clean, not worth it at all. read more

Quality = 5 starts: I've used Kenyon three times for detailing my car and they always do a very thorough and quality job cleaning the inside of my SUV. The car becomes a war zone from my kids, but Kenyon is always able to make it look like new again. Paid for the interior detail, had to go back and clean numerous spots, re-clean the dashboard, doors and windows - there were still spots in my seats, both front and back, and spots that look like some sort of cleaner was sprayed but never actually wiped in and left a weird residue all over my truck. After contacting them to ask for PARTIAL refund, they offered to send someone back. I declined, because why would I want someone back out to do a terrible job again? BEWARE! Detailing service is absolute garbage! Joel my detailing tech showed up on time and was polite. The detailing job however was lacking! My wife had to point out quite a few spots that he missed. I work nights and I was not able to be out there to inspect Joel's work, I had my wife stay home from work to be there for the service... I emailed them back right away and expressed my unhappiness with the job done. Customer service was a joke! They Ignored emails after requesting a refund and the "Manager" was rude as hell on the phone to my wife. They offered to come back and detail again but I refused! I asked for a refund but got NOTHING! I spent a total of $195 for a crappy car wash. I will be taking further action. This company ripped me off! I will include pictures of the "awesome" detailing job I received. I was better on going to an Express car wash and doing the job myself! Shame on you! read more

Michael came out today and did an interior detail on my car and did a phenomenal job! We have a lab husky mix and there was a LOT of dog hair that was all over the car, and had worked its way into the carpets. Not only did Michael make it look like the dog has never been in the car, but the carpets and surfaces look brand new. I highly recommend them for a great job at a great price!! read more

2nd EDIT: I find it pretty irritating to read that the whole purpose of the job was paint correction. I was charged $189 for a detail and $20 for paint correction. Thats what is on my receipt. The paint correction was great, no fault there. It is the 189 dollar "detail" I have an issue with. A $50 refund on a $189 service is not enough to really fix the problem when the wheels were not touched and plenty of other spots were still dirty. That leaves me still paying $139 for a "detail" that could have come out the same way from a standard car wash. I expect water spots and dirt in all the places I found it when I spend 12 dollars on a car wash, not during a 4 hour detail. While I appreciate offering to come fix it, it should have been done right the first time over the course of 4 hours I waited for it. I don't have the time to sit at home and babysit a second time. I don't want it re-done, I want it known I paid nearly $200 dollars for a $12 job. I'm not one to usually be this critical, but at this price point its a must. I was also told that due to paint correction, I would not be able to be refunded anymore than $50 of the $209 total. But again, receipt says $189 for detail. $20 for paint correction. I fail to see see how I charged $20 for paint correction and that was the "majority of the job" yet hardly 10% of the total price. While I appreciate the partial refund, attempts to offer to fix it and the well done paint correction. My original review and current updates still hold true. 1st EDIT: They reached out and offered to fully redo my car, as well as a partial refund. Their customer service has been pretty good overall but I can't give them more than 3 stars simply due to the 5 star price but 2 star quality of the detail. The tech, can't remember his name, was super professional and friendly, as were those that I coordinated my appointment with. However, my car was not really "detailed" to what I would consider a 200 dollar standard. I was quoted 189 for a full detail and potentially an extra $150 for paint correction as needed. It ended up being 209, which was entirely too much for the quality I received. The wheels were hardly touched and still covered in grime and break dust. One of my tire pressure caps is gone (it was there prior, this is a brand new car) The inside of the car was not vacuumed or even looked to be wiped down. The paint correction was done nicely, I believe it was waxed well so I am happy. On top of that, due to problems on their end, instead of starting at 9 it was not started until nearly 11 am which threw off my schedule by several hours. Overall, I am happy with the paint correction but I would have been better off getting a "detail" somewhere else as I have paid $40 elsewhere and got more attention to detail. BUYER BEWARE!!! I don't know how this place stays in business! I specifically ordered the $175.00 package and IN DETAIL explained that there was a heavy perfume smell in my car that needed to be removed. The menu of available packages on their own website states that we will "Deep clean and shampoo cloth seats" and "Deep cleaning and shampooing of interior carpets, trunk and floor mats" as well as "Use of hot water extractor machine Use of 214 degree steam cleaning machine" along with "Spot Clean head liner". The tech arrived on time and while I was watching him unpack his stuff I didn't see anything but a vacuum. After about an hour I asked him if / how he was going to shampoo anything. He said he didn't have the equipment listed on the package description and that they didn't even have a steam cleaner at the shop. When I questioned that he said "sounds like false advertising to me". I had him stop and pack up realizing I wasn't going to get what I ordered. Stupidly I felt sorry for him and gave him $60 for his work. Later that evening the owner called me asking how I liked the service. I explained what happened and he started cursing up one wall and down the other telling me that he "F***ing hates F***ing clients, F***ing employees and F***ing detailing" along with using the same very colorful language, totally trashing his worker This is when I hung up on him. My poor car has been neglected for a few years now. Between my 3 year old and 9 year old, my back seat was disgusting. I have light clothe seats and the stains were SO BAD. Strawberry ice cream, chocolate milk, lots of juice, you name it the stain was there. Finally I decided to treat myself to a deep interior detail. I made an appointment on their website, which was SO easy. Highly recommend. I had a reminder text message before my appointment and at 9 am sharp I have a text from Aracelie. She was super nice and took a look at the car and I could see it in her eyes, she KNEW her work was cut out for her. I was reasonable in my expectations, I figured some of these stains were going to be permanent and let her know I understood if she could not get all of them out. ( I am telling you, my car was THAT bad) Well 4 hours later I get an "All Done" text, and my car WAS COMPLETELY TRANSFORMED. She did such a fantastic job and GOT ALL THE STAINS OUT. My car looks brand new! My kids are upset, because now they can no longer have food or drinks in the car but I AM SO HAPPY. I fell in love with my Meechie all over again. For a $500 detail (their most premium service) there is much to be desired.. I usually splurge on a detail once a year and keep my Jeep decently clean between details. However, I just moved across the country and though I'd treat my Jeep to the most premium detail I could find because she was a little extra dirty ;) but I hate to say I'm disappointed at the results. Despite the detailer spending 8 hours on the job it appears to be hastily done (see pics below). Usually I wouldn't been this picky but for the $500 black package and the $300 platinum package boasting "best for selling your car and car shows" I figured the most expensive package would go above and beyond but boy was I wrong. Where to even start.. - The grill and exhaust tips were left unpolished. - Dirt in the body panel gaps and in all the door Jams and wheel wells. - A greasy film left on the inside of the windows that I had to use alcohol swabs to get off. - Wax left in a lot of cracks and small places like the badging (one of my biggest pet peeves with getting my Jeep waxed) - The interior looks half way decent but there are still crumbs and dirt in some places and I'm almost positive the cloth parts were not shampooed because they were not damp at all. Also, the seat adjustment switches had been so roughly treated they were disconnected from their sockets and dangling there unable to use. Thank goodness I'm clever enough to figure out how to reinstall them but damn... For the quality of work they did I'd be comfortable spending around $100-$150 at a drive through place. If you car is already clean and in immaculate condition and you wanna over pay for a detailing service this place is for you! If you use your car like everyone else.. find a less expensive and more qualified company. And look, I get it, I'm not an unreasonable person. I worked for a detail service for 3 years and I know how hard some of these places are to reach. But for $500 and the expectation that this would be cleaner that what's at a car show.. I expect toothbrush and q-tip clean.. not.. whatever this is. read more

My 2005 Sienna has seen some action. With 175k miles on the clocks, 2 owners and a lot of kids in it there wasn't a corner of the car that wasn't caked in grossness. The outside is dinged up and old. But noone owns a Minivan to have the outside admired - what is important is the inside is clean. I wanted a "deep clean" on the inside to give it a HARD reset. Luis did a good job in that regard. There was trash left in the van, the seat were not cleaned properly, the wheel weren't cleaned nor the tires dress, dirt in the arm rest and on seat, the windows had streaks left on them. i would have been better off just going to a car wash. They worked around my schedule and I quickly made an appointment. Our detailer, Luis, did such a thorough job. Admittedly, our car is not terribly dirty but, still, Luis did not cut any corners. He was diligent, handling the car with great care and working hard in this brutal heat. And he's a friendly, laid back guy who treated our car like it was his own.
