Read all the reviews and I was impressed. So I reached out through Yelp. Received a response within 1 hour or less. Talked with them and they told me to bring it in. Took the car in. Walked around the car checked out what was going on and then I set an appointment for the next week for a diagnostic. They took pictures and I agreed to move forward with replacing front and rear brake pads. Came with a warranty of 24k miles/or 24 mos. They offered the bundle deal which I thought was a great deal. Although I am a woman and show up by myself, I know a little bit about cars, and got a pretty good idea about the current market value of parts, labor, and tax, these guys gave an honest quote. Dropped off the car at 9 a.m. and they texted back at 12:30 p.m. that the car was ready. I will use them again and definitely will refer them to others Thank you for the great customer service. My vehicle was backed into and the tail hatch back was bent in a hit n run but thanks to a witness…read morethe guy was caught and his insurance paid for the worst example of craftsmanshit ive ever seen from them. up until now they were top dog but either i pissed them off or they have morons working there. there was a separate part that attached to the tail gate hatch that was discolored like it been in the sun or they buffed to finish off it. looked like total crap. worse then the actual damage as to why i took it there. so i went right back in and unknowingly got the owner who came out so i could show him and first he said it wasn't part of the lift gate so them i opened it to show him it was, and then he said it was held on by 2 rivets and the original unblemished in perfect condition was still on the old lift gate and they could change it right now. ( instead of it already been changed before they called me saying it was done) . so i waited a half hour and when they brought it back out the vehicle was now full of tiny scratches that were not here before. then i noticed the body lines didn't match up on the tail gate to quarter panel which the owner mentioned it was a american car . after going thru the pictures taken when it was first dropped of it showed those scratches where not there when i brought it in. the owner told me to bring it back the coming Monday as it was Friday afternoon then, and he would get it fixed. so all weekend i stewed thinking about it and come Monday i took it back . then i kept getting these survey emails so i eventually responded and pretty much described the crap job honestly that they tried to sell me. 2 days later i get a call the vehicle is done and they read the survey which they were not happy about. when i went to pick it up it looked good but i only was looking a the back.after i got it home in the garage i noticed a new dent coming from the inside pointing out on the middle of the driver side quarter panel. already fed up i figured im gonna sell it as i do not trust it anymore.. well tonight after its been sitting in my garage since i pulled it in then, i noticed the finish ground off on the top of the door panel where it meets the roof. I will never take a vehicle or recommend them to anyone now. either they hired a moron or someones bent on discouraging people from trusting them to do the job right. unfrikenbelievable is the word. seems every time i return it to have the job done right it comes back with other damage. what was one a accident free impeccable body now looks like crap. I will now have to find a different body shop to fix there quality workmanshit. im not even gonna go back to show them this. and to think i felt a little bad with my review . not! its actually pretty sad.

He sent a tech, who happened to be Ron's son, to my house in the timeframe which we agreed. Rich told him to jumpstart the car in my garage and wait to see me lock up the house and see me get into my car, running in the driveway, before he headed back to the shop. He did just that.
