He was incredibly professional, honest, and thoughtful. He took the time to review photos, ask questions, and even conducted his own research on the artist and market value - this totally surprised me in the best way possible. I can tell Chris is an upstanding and deeply considerate professional. His expert advice truly put my mind at ease. For now, I'm pausing on the restoration, but I'm looking into refreshing the framing per his suggestion. He even recommended a framing specialist he trusts nearby where I live, which was such a sweet surprise. My friend suggested I have Ania assess the minor damage on the lid of my 7 ft. Steinway grand piano due to a leak in the ceiling of our living room after the the most recent torrential rains. After consulting with Ania, I decided to have the case of the piano refinished. I was so amazed to learn that Ania would work on the piano in our home, as opposed to having the piano moved to a workshop, saving us $$$! We also decided to have Ania fix several heirloom antique pieces, including a broken leg on an 18th century highboy, all done at home. Ania came to our house over several weeks, always arriving on time, took great care in protecting the areas around the piano/furniture and worked diligently. I always enjoyed seeing Ania who was so personable, and was so pleased with the transformation of my beloved piano which I thought was exquisite even before the refinish work (the lid had also been sun-bleached, being situated by a window).
