We are very pleased with everything--from the appointment set-up to the actual artwork installation. Dale, the owner is forthright and communicative. He followed up and through with all my inquiries. And he coordinates fast! I contacted him on Thursday looking to set up an appointment for today. He said to call him by three on Friday to confirm availability. He messaged me Friday morning confirming that the 3pm-4pm appointment window was open so we book right away. Then Saturday, came, right about 3.45pm, Raymond and Isaac showed up. The nicest, most courteous we've met. They were very organized, gave honest opinions when asked, and worked fast! They also explained everything they were doing and did a walkthrough with us when the work was completed. They put clay stabilizers to secure the artwork pieces to secure in place and prevent them from shaking or falling in the event of an earthquake. Very professional. We could tell that they were very knowledgeable with artwork installs. They originally came to install three sizable pieces in our dining area, but they wound up installing a total of 11--a large and very heavy mirror and a plastic round clock included!! These guys are the very very best! They are professional, on time and the work they did in my home is absolutely perfect. I had 50+ photos and no idea how to even begin to hang them so I relied on yelp. Dale replied to my email within an hour of my sending it and was able to do my install the following week. Two installers showed up at 830am (as promised) and I literally had 50 framed photos laying all over my hallway floor. I simply told them the 2 photos to start with and within 2.5 hours the guys had not only designed the wall but had every photo perfectly hung. About 1.5 hours in a 3rd installer showed up and helped finish up the hanging. All the installers were incredibly nice. Cannot say enough kind words. Fantastic work! Very pleasantly surprised. Historically, I've always hung my own art which typically takes days for me to do. I have 60+ frames (from glass, to wood, to canvas, and other special pieces) and measuring and aligning took a very long time to do myself, particularly for gallery walls where having pieces visually aligned and evenly distributed is very important. I've always done this myself, frankly because I didn't want to pay someone to do something that I was able to do - especially since I believe that I'm pickier than most and I didn't trust that others would care as much to make things "perfect" as I would. However, I decided to splurge this year given my lack of time and sought professional help. I was so very impressed that I will never go back to hanging art myself again! Dale (the owner) was extremely helpful when I cold called him, and more importantly very responsive to my many questions over emails and texts. Accurate Art was brought into my home by my interior designer, who uses them for many of her jobs. We've had them hanging mostly window coverings. I have a brand new house with really nice casings around the windows and was worried about making lots of holes in my usual attempt to DIY, and need to reposition things. Dale and Carl have come to the house several times to get all the window coverings in, as they've been selected and made slowly. They've been courteous, professional, and kind. The first time they came, I had a broken leg and Carl offered to hang a few things in my kids' rooms for me - great offer, because I never would have gotten to it, and he hardly charged me anything for it. Very sweet, nice guys who manage the "honey do list" way better than I could, with skills way above simple hanging. So, my window coverings look great, my kids art looks great, and when I get to the point of trying to hang a wall of small pictures that all need to be level and parallel, I'll be calling Dale. Today is the second time I've used Dale from Accurate Art Installation to hang pictures in my home. Every time he comes out, I learn something new about the proper way to hang art and I am so thankful that I called him rather than try to hang the art on my own. Today, he not only put up some framed art and photos for me, but I also had him put up bulletin boards in my daughters' rooms. These guys were so great!! I called them on Friday and made an appointment for Wednesday then I contacted Dale on Sunday to change the appointment to Monday. The guys came out on Monday and put a bunch of art and they had all the tools to hang art on some of our concrete walls.... I would have given them a 5 star review for everything up to that point! We hired Dale for hanging mirrors in our house. They did an amazing job from the start to the end. What has really impressed us about Dale is his customer service and how well he took care of us after we ran into some issues. One of the bathroom mirrors fell off after 4 months of installation. We called Dale immediately after the mirror fell off the wall. It was a weekend but he returned our phone call withing few hours. He informed us that he was out of town but he would send his team on Monday morning. His crew arrived Monday morning and inspected the damage. The mirror's frame had been dented at several places so they took the mirror back with them and ordered the original frame that we bought from Aaron Brothers. Not only that, Dale's team inspected all other mirrors in the house and re-installed them with zbars, which is a heavy duty hanging bar without any extra charge.
