The soup was delicious and full of flavour. The rice noodles were cooked al dente and no MSG which I appreciated. Loved the Crossing Noodle pot dish and can't wait to come back for more. Also has the braised beef brisket with rice. It was good and the rice was cooked to perfection to grab onto the beef sauce. Best rice I have eaten in a long time at a restaurant. Their pho only comes in one size which is large, and you get a pretty large bowl. I got the Tuan's special pho which has a runny egg yolk along with a lot of beef. The pho is pretty tasty. Their soup base is a bit thicker and robust than other pho places. The appetizer platter is also huge, and had a variety of rolls, grilled meats, and also some salad and noodles.
