The other two came in at about 4-5 weeks which is pretty standard or even a little better than average at the moment (March 2021).

Out of genuine concern, I asked Jaden if she was okay and whether she had been fired. Instead of responding professionally, he told me to "shut up and mind my business," then continued the transaction. After completing my purchase, Jaden immediately walked into the office and spoke with a woman I assumed was a manager. They both laughed while looking directly at me, which made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. As I waited for the dog wash to become available and browsed for dog food, I overheard Jaden discussing the interaction with another employee, seemingly portraying the situation as though I had done something wrong simply for expressing concern about a coworker. I found the entire experience unprofessional and disrespectful. There is never an appropriate reason for an employee to tell a customer to "shut up and mind your business," especially when the question was asked out of concern for another person. I hope management reviews this incident and addresses it appropriately so future customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.
