    Kerr Properties , Sean I am not slandering your horrible company I checked my emails and yep I am correct. Your just a big bully and I haven't posted the letters from Niki. Sean I don't throw anything out so would you like me to post everything? I would love to. Leave me the hell alone! I haven't even thought of you or your Company since we drove by the house. This is 2020 not June 2019 so leave our family alone we don't bother you you don't bother us forget we exist. We already forgot about you. It seems that your problem is we forgot about you? Do you need attention? Do you do this to everybody who applies for a house? Stop now, I just got out of the hospital and focused on myself not you! LisaV

    Update 1/16/2020 (added a picture) They are great as far as I'm concerned. I have had zero issues with Kerr properties. None. I did my 'yelp' research on them to see if there were many bad reviews. Sure, there are a few but if you read them, they are coming from people that seem to have a lot of personal issues to begin with. Those types of people always blame others for things that are usually their own fault. I instead focused on the 4-5 star reviews, which in my experience with Kerr Properties, were right on the money. Sean, Niki, and staff have always been polite and helpful to me.

    Charged for patio removal... Yet it's still there if you check redfin or realtor.com.

Everything seemed really great BEFORE I had tenants, there was lots of open communication, she explained everything. I felt like we were partners. But then as soon as I had people interested in the house, I had NO INFORMATION given to me about any of the financials. I was not privy to their lease agreement, the amount of the deposit, anything. I was also not given any information about when payments would be disbursed until I reached out and asked. This didn't feel like transparency. I was finally given my first payment 12 days after tenants moved into my house. I received a very small fraction of what they paid on move in. This was expected! Expensive, but expected. What was not expected was the re-key fee that Best Life charged me. I left complete sets of keys, there was no need to charge me the rekey. This shouldn't have been a big deal, but I received nothing but defensive communication in response. No apology. She offered to remove the fee but didn't apologize, when I explained why I was frustrated she FIRED ME. That was it. I would have loved for this to be a great experience with no hidden fees--this business advertises pricing transparency--but instead, on my very first disbursement there was a hidden fee. Disappointing to say the least. ALL I NEEDED WAS AN APOLOGY, INSTEAD SHE FIRED ME. I have no idea what will happen to my poor tenants.

    I can't rate the property management company overall yet because they just took over about six…read moreweeks ago so there hasn't been enough time to judge. However, they did send out a great maintenance person, Jerry Grow, within hours of my submitting a request about a clogged drain and non-functioning garbage disposal. Jerry diagnosed the issue and replaced the garbage disposal and unclogged the drain and was very intentional about not leaving a mess, which I really appreciated. He definitely went above and beyond and made sure I didn't have any other maintenance issues that needed to be addressed while he was there. He also gave clarifying information about an issue with the property, and how it was going to be addressed, as well as the best way for us as tenants to contact the manager. Jerry definitely gets five stars in my book.

    I would never live here again. I can never get a response from maintenance--big, small, emergent,…read morenot urgent, doesn't matter. It couldn't be more stressful to ask for some basic thing from someone specifically designated for that and get nothing but the middle finger and knowing every future need will be treated the same. Unfortunately things keep popping up forcing me to seek their help. I never get contacted after my requests and I've even had them cleared from the system before being addressed. And considering these are older properties, needing some kind of maintenance seems inevitable. Every time I have to reach out I hope it will be different and I'll be pleasantly surprised, but I will say, they are very consistent at avoiding their jobs.
