We had some work done by them years ago. Over time, I can tell you how it worked out. The structural work has held up great: cement patio with brick trim and with stairs are fine, although a bricklayer told us the it was not the best brick layout. The balcony is fine, and so are the cement piers. The Koi pond is as good in every way as any pond specialist could install. The bad part: I objected repeatedly to the irrigation system. We now have white pipes and hoses sticking up above the ground everywhere, and I do mean everywhere. I repeatedly requested they bury it deeper and they refused. The second problem was my plants. I had tags, an planned to breed. They ripped up about 75 plants with tags and did not even attempt to keep the varieties with the tags. I never could rematch them, and had to give up any dream of breeding. It was too expensive to replace every plant. Get someone else to do your irrigation, and probably your brickwork. We got Swanson and liked them much better for our second run at landscaping in another area. The owner was out repeatedly and responded immediately to any calls. read more

Contracted them for work back in 2013 - Used Kerry's Landscape designer to create a great looking design. Then Kerry's team executed a complete front yard re-do: Shrubs, Stonemakers retaining wall, fencing, driveway, walkway, slate front patio, new sod, drip irrigation, etc... The result was exceptional. Plenty of compliments from my neighbors. And yes, the work screams quality. Bottom line - You get every cent you pay for - phenomenal work. No corners cut. Very efficient scheduling and coordinated team. Top quality materials. Well-led supervisors, great communication with the customer. We've used Kerri twice and love them! The first time, to save money, I had them use existing wiring for outdoor lighting. The voltage drop was too great and the lights were dim. We have had Kerri Landscaping work on our yard in stages over the last year. They recently finished up the second stage and we plan to have them back in about 5 months for the last stage. We will have removed 6 trees and replaced them with 5 new trees. The beds have been converted from sprinkler to drip irrigation and the lawn sprinklers moved and upgraded. We have planted about 15 shrubs. Had a concrete pad removed, and a small area filled with concrete. There are many other small fixes they have done in the yard. In the next phase, they will build a couple of stone retaining walls and trellis, as well as other smaller work. We are very happy with the results. Rich built our front and back yards from a bare slate in 2000, following a plan from a landscape architect. Since then, he came back for a "tune up" about 9 years later, and I just had a recent adjustment last month in 2018. This year, he replaced all the grass in the back and with a beautiful flagstone set in pea gravel. All of my irrigation was switched to drip, and my outside lighting has been brought back to life with LEDs. The place looks awesome. Rich's team was friendly, efficient, neat, and tidy; they are artists. Rich is always the gentleman when it comes for consulting on the upgrade plan and generating good ideas. We had our entire perimeter landscaped 4 years ago and it was done to perfection. Everything withstood the test of time and any issues were immediately fixed w/o us having to ask. Rarely do I find a crew that beats my expectations, but the Kerri team accomplished it on the first day! My large yard needed several special fixes from storm damage...plus remedial landscaping to recover from and thwart the hungry deer. The crew built a special drainage system to repair a major sinkhole, reformatted and repaired the fountain, erected a handsome fence, and landscaped beautifully. The team, headed by Francisco, was extremely hard-working and eager to please. In particular, Francisco's repair work was well-planned-out and, at the same time, very artistic. The workmanship was outstanding and the price was very competitive. They really paid close attention to every detail - real perfectionists. I don't write a ton of reviews but I feel I still have to write a review for Kerri Landscape. My backyard was a complete disaster. We tried to do things here and there but were making no headway. We finally got Kerri to come in and they were great every step of the way. I had a small budget and yard and they still gave me excellent service. They phased out the project to match by budget and need for some progress. I would absolutely recommend this company! On top of that their Christmas card so many months later was above and beyond. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Kerri Landscape Services did a fantastic job on my front porch and rear yard hardscape/landscape project two years ago. It was mostly sand joint clay brick paving and mortared front porch thin brick pavers, plus irrigation, site drainage, electrical and plumbing. They were working from my design and offered suggestions when they saw a different and potentially better way to do things and asked questions to confirm their understanding of my intentions. In the end, the project looked at least as good as I envisioned it - maybe even better. The crew was knowledgeable and courteous. They showed up when they indicated they would. And they are amazingly versatile in their skill set. They are a great value and I have already asked Richard Kerri to pay a visit to help me with front yard landscaping ideas. If you have a landscaping project that requires the complexity of multiple trades and need a landscaping contractor that you can trust to do what they say and to deliver a first-rate product, these are your guys. Follow up: Kerri was back in December to completely redo the front yard. They did as fantastic a job with this project as the first one. This has to be the BEST contractor experience ever! I had a few questions months after and Kerri was there with the answers.
