There were a few hiccups with scheduling but they were quite minor, especially relative to the quality of care I received.

I was all set to write a great review based on my therapy appointments. Then I found out today…read morethat they charged me a copay at every visit when my actual copay should have been $0. I called today to see about getting a refund and was told that they had not been paid by my insurance, and it would take 14 business days (3 weeks) to "research" the issue and then another 30-45 days to "resolve" the issue. I visited ATI in February and March, and it is now July. The representative I spoke to said they couldn't see my EOBs showing that i had $0 copay even though I can see them clearly on my end. The representative would not stop talking over me, and then effectively hung up on my by saying he did not want to take up any more of my "valuable time" before saying goodbye and disconnecting the call. So they have held my money hostage for 3-4 months and they are saying they can't release my refund for another 60 days at least. That's just wrong.

I was referred here after not one but TWO car accidents that completely left not only my car but also my body destroyed. I've been receiving treatments for 4 months now starting in March (basically beginning of the pandemic) and started on an acute treatment plan where I came in twice a week for a bit and then it became once a week. All I can say is that Sam is a miracle worker!! I went from being sore and constantly feeling discomfort in my hips, back, shoulders, with pain in my left arm and right leg, (I wasn't kidding when I said body was destroyed) to being able to sleep soundly through the night without waking up multiple times from pain or being uncomfortable. I LOVE coming to my appointments, they're the favorite part of my week because I know I'll be able to walk out feeling great. Sam really knows what he's doing; I was introduced to the dry needling technique -- LIFE SAVING! -- and adjusted in the same visits. He asks how you are feeling at the beginning of every appointment and addresses all of your concerns, answers every question you have, and makes you feel like you're a part of the Next Level family! Kelsey and Amy at the front desk are also super friendly and helpful, the exercises I learned for some physical therapy at home for "homework" have definitely aided in my recovery. They also work with you in scheduling and are as flexible as they can given their busy days! I'm now able to work out almost daily and am so glad that I was able to get treatment here! I injured my knee by jumping down off a wall and wound up with lots of pain and swelling. After…read morewaiting for it to heal on its own for a couple of months, I went to see the orthopedist and get x-rays and an MRI. Nothing broken or torn, just badly bruised. I wound up working with Joe for 7 months with weekly visits. He started out slow with some strength and flexibility routines and added more strenuous exercises as time went on. PT works and you have to trust the process. The care I received was excellent. I now work out 5 days a week and my legs are stronger than ever.
