Sooooo good! I've been seeing them at the Farmer's Market in Santa Clarita and finally bought a Vegan Keto Brownie. Pricey and Keto trendy so I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. It was sooooo delicious! Wow! I savored all 6 oz. Perfect sweetness without tasting artificial. Perfect texture, not dry at all. I actually added some walnuts and a sprinkle of salt on top. I was in charge of desserts for a holiday gathering with friends who don't eat sugar for reasons that are not clear and ever changing. So I found keto sweets... Food: bliss bars, pumpkin spice cookies and 4 cheesecakes. Everything was delicious. We slowly and carefully chewed the cheesecake trying to CSI this and figure out how it had no dairy or added sugar. The crust was another delicious mystery too. Price: a bit higher but worth it Parking/location: Van Nuys isn't ideal for me but hopefully delivery will be an option. Parking was fine Service: very responsive and super friendly. I'm very sad to have to write a negative review of a small business and, frankly surprised that this business gets 5 stars. But my experience was not at all good. I'm not sure why but I got an email from Keto Sweets informing me that I could find them at several farmer's markets, one of which was near me. I was very excited by the idea that I could get sweet treats that were low carb (for me) and gluten free (for my husband and daughter.) So I went to the farmer's market a couple days before Christmas and found the booth. The woman I met was a friend of the owner. She was very nice. We talked a few minutes and she told me she'd never heard of monkfruit sugar until she started helping Keto Sweets. Unfortunately, while she may have heard of it, the owner didn't use it in the pumpkin loaf or the cinnamon roll. The sweetener in those treats was erythritol, which has an unpleasant taste. I'm sorry to say that everything we bought (2 cinnamon rolls and one mini pumpkin bread totaling $20) were terrible. The cinnamon rolls in particular had an off taste and texture, and no sweetness whatsoever. After we each took a bite they went into the trash. The pumpkin bread wasn't much better but my husband thought he might have small slices with his morning coffee so as not to waste any more money. We'll see. Now some people will say that when you buy things low carb or gluten free you shouldn't expect much. To quote Meg Ryan in Kate & Leopold, "It's diet; it's supposed to be awful." But that does not have to be true. The low carb, gluten free lemon blueberry cheesecake that my daughter makes and is currently sitting in my fridge can attest to that, as well as the other low carb/gluten free places I've patronized. It's always a disappointment when I hope for delicious and don't find it. I'm not sure what the other reviewers tried but it likely wasn't the items we purchased. I hope the owner will take the constructive criticism in the spirit it was given and work on her recipes. read more

Yelp! does it again! I discovered Keto Sweets LA by typing Keto into Yelp's search bar, and as a result, I can proudly proclaim: Keto Sweets LA is GREAT find for the Keto crowd! When you go keto, there are lots of health benefits, but along with those, comes ONE big drawback, no more bakery treats... ...Or at least that's what I USED to think before discovering Keto Sweets LA. For my first visit, I ordered a half dozen chocolate chip cookies and a half dozen brownies. My mouth was watering just looking at them sitting in the passenger seat of my car and I seriously wondered if I'd make it home before opening up one of the containers. Somehow, I managed to restrain myself and boy, was it worth the wait! The chocolate chip cookies were delicious. Because they're made with coconut flower, they taste a bit like coconut, so every bite felt like a Hawaiian vacation! The brownies were my favorite of the two as I've always been a brownie-with-nuts nut. The texture was similar to what you get with a flourless chocolate cake and the taste was spot on! It was like the good old days before nutrition labels scared me away from everything that tastes good. Thanks so much Keto Sweets LA! Went to the downtown Ventura farmers market and happened upon a quaint sugar free dessert booth. Their samples of banana bread and pumpkin bread were so good I had to buy multiple items. We were walking around the Monrovia Street Fair/Farmers Market (Fridays from 5-9pm on Myrtle between Lemon & Colorado) and found these sweet sisters that bake! You can tell Chelsea & Jessica are really passionate about their baking & specialty keto desserts! We were initially greeted and we stopped by their booth to see what they had because the tablescape was beautiful! They introduced themselves and told us all about their story and their love for baking. It's their motto - Made with Love, not Sugar. Even their mom, Hope, was there for support and to help customers. She is a sweetheart! They had many different options of loaves: pumpkin, blueberry & banana walnut. Their version of Starbucks' Cranberry Bliss bar & fudgy brownies. We ended up just getting the Blueberry loaf because we had lots of desserts at home and we had bought other sweets earlier. It was super moist with a big hint of coconut! I love coconut so that worked out great! Big huge blueberries rounded out the loaf. Yum! Customer service was bar none, we loved chatting with the ladies & getting to know them, they are super sweet ladies! We could have stayed longer but we got crowded out by all the other customers! They mentioned that they are at other farmers markets, so look for them at other locations too! Lots of free street parking available in the surrounding area. Totally recommended! read more

I picked up a cheesecake and banana bread loaf from my local farmer's Market. I was also lucky enough to try the brownie whilst making a selection and opted to stick with the 2 choices. The banana bread is so soft and moist which has a great mouth feel. The cheesecake is absolutely fluffy that I wasn't sure i could believe it. I have been searching for a very low to zero sugar dessert place and I've finally found it! A couple of years ago, I was diagnosed as "pre-diabetic." Since my mother was a type II diabetic (and I painfully watched her go through many of the ill-effects of the disease) I knew I had to take responsibility and action for my own health. My A1C level is just at the very edge between pre-diabetes and normal; my goal is to get the level normal. I'm not a fan of medications, so I'm working on this with diet and exercise. This resulted in my making some major dietary changes; the most difficult of which was eliminating sweets. I met the ladies at Keto Sweets at their stand at the June Arts Festival in Burbank this past weekend. I sampled their granola and it was delicious! I was really excited! I almost bought a package to bring home, but knew that I'd eat the entire contents as if I was eating popcorn! I did, however, opt for the Strawberry Almond Bar, Vegan Keto Brownie and Keto Chocolate Glaze Donut. Whilst it was very tempting to eat them all in one sitting this morning, I had the Keto Chocolate Glaze Donut with my latte. It was delicious - so soft and fresh! And it didn't have the weird diet food or diabetic friendly texture or odd aftertaste. The *only* thing that could've made it better was if it was a raised, glaze donut - my absolute favourite thing, when I was able to eat traditional sweets - but I know I can't have everything.
