The crowd went NUTS for these inhaling them like no other. I was skeptical at first myself because I'm usually not impressed by churros, but these are delicately delicious, not too sweet or dense. Literally, I ate these like chips. So after a trip to Six Flags, I HAD to make a stop over here since I'm usually not in Santa Clarita. Boy oh boy was I was excited for the full menu! I grabbed the soft serve and two churros, which was the perfect night cap to an extremely hot day. Soft serve itself is decent, and it perfectly washed down the cinnamon sugar from the churros. Dare I say, this combo may be better than cookies and milk. I also grabbed a bag of 8 to go, which honestly was a good price! The store itself is a squeeze, but they have tables both in and outside in front of the store. Also may I mention that restrooms are A1 CLEAN! Great job staff lol. Service is quick, and even with the business, I got my order pretty fast. There's plenty of street parking here available as well as a free parking structure attached to the complex XRO is in (2 hrs max). XRO is absolutely churro-ffic!!

Because the issue was not resolved by the store manager, I had to escalate it directly to 85°C Bakery Cafe's customer service. I'm happy to say that customer service took the time to respond, listen to my concern, and ultimately helped resolve the situation. I truly appreciate their effort and professionalism in addressing an issue that I had been trying to resolve. I do wish the store manager had taken the initiative to address the situation when she first responded to my review instead of leaving me to escalate it myself. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes matters. I'm glad that, after escalating the matter, I was finally able to get it resolved.
