And the doctor and nurse we saw were everything you would want in a health care practitioner: patient, compassionate and competent! The irrigated my Mother's ears and had us back on our way in no time flat! Last week, I visited them because I had a bite on my shin that was not healing properly. It started off as a small 'bite' with a small red halo. But over the course of two weeks - small halo and widened, considerably, n size and had turned an alarming shade of red. I was all prepared for the same level of customer service - only to discover that they don't accept my insurance (sad face) - but they let me know that they could see me as long as I was fine with paying the self-pay rate. The self-pay rate was a little steep for me, so they were even sweet enough to call Glynco Immediate Care to find out if they took my insurance - and they do - so that's where I went. I was so blown away by this level of customer service! I highly recommend this facility and if I ever get better insurance - I'll be back. Lol.

We didn't get any meds till the following day due to the clinic taking 3 hours to call us back and the pharmacy was closed.
