Turns out he didn't use long enough screws to keep the door in place. Looking more closely, I could see that he just used a variety of old screws he probably had laying around. Now I have to get the door reinstalled, but I definitely don't want Charles touching it. Money down the drain.

The second time was similar. We had a water line break and it damaged the entire bathroom in the master bedroom. We were displaced from our bedroom and the house was hazardous. Joe was already booked with other projects, but was able to rearrange some of his staff and was able to start fixing the house that very day. Three weeks later, we had a beautiful bathroom.
