We had a series of torrential rain storms and snow, and I was concerned it wouldn't be finished on time. His team showed up, and when I arrived to see how things were going, I noticed that their truck had damaged the asphalt driveway. When I returned the next time to see the final job, I was very impressed to see that the driveway had been repaired after the tank was installed. They did a great job and left the site looking better than before they showed up. I will happily use them again and will recommend them to other clients. Great job, and I was very impressed with the fact that they got it done despite road closures and heavy rain.

ALL I asked is if he would come up and have a look. When I told the rest of the crew who I hired to do the septic, they all groaned and told me what a mistake I had made, but I have already give him $4000. He has no conscience. He and his team did a great job in the sewer replacement. They came early on the days of the job and work diligently to complete the work. It was a pretty extensive job, digging two holes, one on the street, one on my property, then SDR 17 pipe was pulled from my property to the main. The Seaside city required the work to include paving the street with 20 ft by 10 ft asphalts to covered the hole on the street. That had took the whole day, but it was beautifully done. The material and amount of work required was actually more than the estimate, but Carlos stuck with the price of the bid. I really appreciate Carlos work ethic. I had worked with several contractors and they had all charged me additional cost on top of the bids. I would recommand Carlos for his professionalism, great communication and honesty.

There was…read morea French Drain behind the cottage that had failed, allowing water to seep into the crawlspace and create some mold issues. Adam came out, assessed the situation and came up with a plan that wouldn't drain our bank account. He and his crew dug a new French Drain, installed a water barrier on the concrete wall, then installed a 'catch basin' outside which captured the water from the French Drain to take it off the property via yet another drainage system. In addition, they installed a sump pump and drain under the cottage so that if any subsurface water rose up, it would be drained off as well. That was seven years ago and everything is still working as anticipated. Adam and his crew are amazing and their work ethic is among the best we've ever encountered. His attention to detail is second to none and we find ourselves recommending him and his crew to others all the time.

Ned, who ran the crew, scoped everything out, checked with my neighbors, and had to take a couple sections of fence out as it was in between 2 properties. He communicated with both of us and let us know what was gonna happen. They de-limbed the tree, took the tree out and ground the stump out. They were the only company to bid taking out the tree, utilizing the wood, selling it to big Creek and in return taking that portion of money off my bill. All of the other companies were going to grind the tree, which seemed like a waste to me. They cleaned up the yard on both my neighbors side and my side, even doing a little bit of landscape on the neighbor side to make it look nice putting everything back to better than it was.
