I get bodywork regularly, and Provincetown is actually not an easy place to find a really good bodyworker -- my previous go-to, Robert Bruillard from Palm Springs at Namaste Spa, isn't spending the summer in Ptown any more. Vlad perhaps doesn't do the same ecstatic spiritual experience as Robert did, but he's dang good.

I didn't even know what that was, I just knew I was in tremendous pain, and then my friend went to a class here, met the owner Brian, and told me I needed to go see him to get help. He figured out what was wrong, worked with me by doing some active stretch therapy and some deep tissue massage. We got the joint popped back into place and out of acute pain, and it made a rough situation so much better. Saved our vacation for sure. When I got home and got to see my dr, he asked who had helped because he was very impressed! Big big big thanks to Brian. Unlike other massage therapists I have been to, he took ample time working on specific areas of my back that needed attention until he was able to get deep enough to address the underlying tension. I was never in pain during the massage but the pressure was strong enough that it felt like a deep tissue massage, which I'd requested. She spoke up when I couldn't because I was focused solely on evicting my child. She offered suggestions to help alleviate my pain and always asked before doing any maneuvers.
