They "graciously" rescheduled me again for today. The construction on the highway had me running a few minutes behind so I called to warn the office. It wasn't until I hauled myself and 10 month old up to the front desk that I was told the provider will not see me ever. I was told "The provider doesn't think I'm a good fit for this practice". This woman has never seen my face, spoke a word to me or have a single medical file of mine to have made that decision. Save your body the flare and stress, don't schedule with PA Briana Kertesz. Going to spend the rest of the day recovering and get back on the hunt for a doctor who actually cares about their patients tomorrow.

I got there early around 810 and I was seen and out the door in a total of 20 min. I'm so glad it was quick since I have a 3 month old with me and she was getting antsy. In a day and age of severe lack of customer service this was a breath of fresh air. Sharon was the caring receptionist and appointment giver. Her wonderful inviting personality started our experience on the absolute right foot. Then there was beautiful Esther who took my husband's vitals and prepared us for the doctor. She was a total joy and such a sweet conversationalist. She made us so comfortable. Then there was Ruby, the doctor's assistant, who with her smile and winning way only heightened this positive experience. Then Dr Prutzman... I cannot express how wonderful he is. If you read through the reviews, it's the same hoity-toity, uppity-ups complaining about the same shit over and over and over and over and over again. "My appt. was at 10 o'clock. They made me waittttttttttt!!!!!!" I know. We get it. You're some big shot at some fancy ass corporation and your time is money and if the doctor is going to make you wait, then you should be able to bill them! It's the same pansy-ass negative review that we all read over and over and over again for every doctor and dental clinic regardless of where you live. It's as original as their negativity. Listen. All it takes is ONE patient to be late and the entire schedule is thrown out of whack. It's not rocket science. If the dude who's supposed to be there at 7 o'clock in the morning strolls in at 7:08 a.m., it's just going to exasperate the situation as the day goes on. I don't quite see how that's the MD's fault or Summit Medical Groups' fault or Paseo Family Physicians Group's fault. I, for one, have not had any issues with this clinic at all. The horrible virus affecting everyone in the Valley landed on me... coughing... sore throat... stuffy head... congestion... the whole ball of wax. Dr. Tolson always takes time to listen to me before just chucking a prescription at me. He always asks how I'm doing and how everything else is going, overall. The front desk reception staff is pleasant and I even called this morning to see if they had a last minute opening and they did! The waiting area is clean, quiet and comfortable. The MA's (like Tandi) are friendly, accommodating and if/when I do have a prescription - it is filled promptly, accurately and efficiently. I enjoy coming to this clinic and would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to family, friends or fellow Yelp'ers!

This is my second visit within 5 months. I came to check up on a cough that I had but went away but…read morethere's still this lingering cough that occurs from time to time. I didn't have to wait long before I got called back by the MA. She took my vitals and asked the reason for my visit. Dr. Patel came in within 10 mins after. During this visit I felt the process was more rushed than the last. I was quickly seen and "diagnosed". I was told I would be treated for my untreated cough and a follow up within the next couple of weeks if I'm not doing better. My other concerns of anxiety and fatigue was not resolved due to the Doctors recommendation of treating the cough first since it might cure the fatigue and anxiety. I wasn't a fan of the nurse whom, I had the last time as well. She seems too comfortable in her job and uncaring. Banged on the door, talked to someone outside the door, then entered. Said "you either get better or you don't" regarding the medicine I was prescribed, not the nicest person whom works in the medical field.

He spends time with his patients and answers all questions. That leads to the only negative I can say. Getting in to see him results in at least a month wait, or you need to see one of his partner (which are all good as well.) He has two "same day" appointments but to get one is like (in the words of his office staff) "like winning a radio station call in contest" The entire group is good, but Dr. Hooley is far in a way the best!

I am very fortunate to have such a thorough and caring doctor. His office visits can take some time, but I come away knowing that I have received the finest attention from a first - rate doctor. I am amazed at how he can quote statistics on certain medical conditions and then we discuss options as they relate to me. He has even called me at home in the evening on occasion to further explain something or to make sure I understand how to take a certain medication. His follow up is simply amazing.

I saw 5 different doctors before finding Shah and I couldn't be happier, I live all the way in Avondale but the drive is more then worth it. Not only does she have an amazing bed side manner, compassionate, thorough, but her staff is amazing too. They also follow up to see how you are doing which even my doctor before her never did. Every time I've been there they have greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable. I plan on being a patient of Dr. Shah's for years to come and have not only recommended her to others but I now bring my daughter who was with her primary for 5 years, to see her as well.
