It was so jammed up, even the on-ramp entering traffic was backed up to the streets. One of Finest Towing Drivers had zero patientence and decided to dash through the Chevron Lines where there is a small triangular emergency parking area by the inclined On Ramp Lane. He literally sideswiped a minivan on it entire left side when this could have been avoided if he wasn't driving like a reckless cowboy and decided to make a speeding run in this area. Still crawling at 5mph and about 3 mile away from observed incident, this same driver of Finest must have been riding the Emergency Lane as fast as he can, as he was observed ahead of me, only to be seen weaving in and out , cutting off cars in all 3 lanes. Do note, they are Not Highway Authorized for the Belt Parkway so it is not as if Finest was on it's way to a emergency that would validate their reckless driving.
