I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

I am truly amazed at the top level of customer service that they proved as well as the reasonable price that I was quoted and paid. They spoke to my elderly father, who is not the owner, and no one ever disclosed towing or storage fees. Marco originally quoted me $13,000 for repairs. When I told him I'd be getting a second estimate and that insurance wasn't covering it, he immediately dropped the price to $8,000 and admitted he inflates quotes to get more from insurance companies. When we declined the repairs and went to pick up the car, he hit us with $1,654.90 in surprise charges -- including storage and towing fees we were never told about. He refused to release the car unless we paid. We had no choice but to pay under protest. This is predatory and dishonest business. Owner admits he has been taken to court MULTIPLE TIMES. Possibly insurance fraud. Stay far away. And BTW- the second quote from another shop was $3,000! So he was trying to upcharge by 10k!!

We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.
