Brought car for inspection and was told multiple items wrong. Wanted $600 to fix and told me it was a major safety concern not to drive it. I had to tow to my dealership to be told by them that nothing is wrong with the car and I wasted money on a bogus tow. Basically this place just wanted quick money and thought I was an idiot because I was a female. I brought my 2022 Honda Civic in for routine service, but ended up being charged over $500 for work that was either overpriced or not yet necessary. They replaced my serpentine belt at only 35,000 miles, which is extremely early for a modern vehicle -- and it cost me nearly $280 just for that one item. I was told there was a split down the middle, but no photo or physical proof was shown. On top of that, I was charged $130 for air filters that retail for about $30 total -- a huge markup. The labor for a basic oil change was also unusually high. While the staff was polite, I left feeling taken advantage of. I understand shops need to make a profit, but these prices were way above standard market rates. Be cautious and ask for detailed breakdowns before agreeing to any service. I visited all tire today to repair a flat tire and swap it out with my spare on the car once it was finished. I specified upon entrance that it was my drivers side rear tire. I get my car around an hour later and the spare was still on the car. They had swapped out the wrong tires because the mechanic assumed the spare was on the drivers front tire due to a missing hubcap. Obviously a lack of communication on their part however, they said they will swap the tires and correct it, after they do an inspection for someone else. I wasnt apologized to at all for their mistake, I also waited close to another hour for them to fix it. My advice to anyone looking to fix their flat tire here, dont. Also they "courteously inspected" all four points of my car and suggested i needed brakes, a brake fluid flush and new rotors. When we put the spare on yesterday me and my father saw the rotors and they were far from needing a replacement. This place will add up any charge they can find to boost their income. 10/10 dont recommend. read more

Got my jeep back yesterday after about 3 weeks of BS from these guys. They either have no idea what they're doing or enjoy ripping people off. Nothing was fixed, I paid over $1500 for these workers to be rude to myself, and my disabled/veteran stepfather who helps me out. I'm also disabled so it's not easy going back and forth and back and forth. I've had cars fixed all over Staten Island, Brooklyn, etc...and some are shady, that's life in the business I guess. But this has easily been the worst experience of them all. I wouldn't go back if they offered to fix everything for free and give me some cash. read more

Brought my car there to address check engine light . $195 for diagnostic which brings up codes so they're able to search for the problem. The first time said that there was air in the pipe or something and they cleared it and the lights out and then hour later the light went back . brought the car back another day in which they did other work and once again said the check engine light was addressed, and an hour later it was on again.. when I called. I said it just gives us an idea. Doesn't tell us exactly where the problem is. Very dissatisfied as the main reason I brought the car to them was to address the check engine light. read more

Last time using these lowlifes, always brought all the vehicles for inspection and oil changes and the last three times it was always windshield wipers and tires. My car has not even 30.000 miles failed because of front tires , but took it right over to guys tires and pasted no problem, yeah they scammed me out of 37.00. But never again. Got a flat tire after hitting a bad pothole right on Richmond Ave , Staten Island. Came to All Tire & Service. Despite being full they took the car right away. They found that the tire was not repairable however they worked it out with my tire protection policy so that I got exactly same brand new tire without paying a dime! Amazing! Quick Turnaround Drove to Brooklyn to take my mom to the Dr. Picked the wrong place to park and wound up with a flat. Changed the tire, finished up with mom and headed back to Staten Island. Dropped the car off at All Tire on Amboy Road, and walked home. Within a half hour I got a call saying that the tire couldn't be patched and that I needed a new tire. All Tire had the exact tire I needed in stock, and within an hour of dropping off the car I was driving it home. I am always pleased with the efficiency at All Tire. read more

No matter what time you show up , no matter how little or big the job is , no matter an appointment or not ...... be prepared to WAIT. For the most simple things they want you to leave the car for hours. I went for an inspection most recently and "it's going to be a couple hours your gonna have to leave it" EVERYTIME! I have a 2017 STI with stock Dunlop summer tires on it....... Need a set of all weather tires. I go across these Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06. Ordered these tires from Jeff early in the morning. Warehouse driver delivered in afternoon. I also met the mechanic that put these tires on. And thmy put them onto my car within an hour. I was shock. These guys are not playing . Very happy with the whole process. What an experience !!!!! I'll definitely come back with my car for more service. Subaru dealer can kiss my azz now lol. I don't often review my auto repair experience. These guys are special. I had a flight out of JFK and my car broke down in the road 16 hours before I had to leave. I had my car towed to their shop on Thanksgiving day without their knowledge. All Tire quickly assessed the situation the next morning, made reasonable and affordable recommendations, and fixed the problem within an hour. They were courteous and sympathetic. I recommend their work to anyone in or driving through Staten Island. read more

The back door of my car would not close. The door jam was turned inside the door. I called them to ask them if they could look at it. The gentleman on the phone told me to bring the car in in the morning.I explained to him that I was going to go to PA the next morning. He than told me to bring it right in (almost closing time)and see,if they could do a temporary fix. Not only did they fix it that evening. They didn't even charge me for their service. The gentleman at the desk just told me to have a good and safe trip to PA. I am so appreciative and thankful. Even though I am not a first time customer. I will remain a lifelong customer. read more

Initially the Service Manager, Jeremy, was nice. I am a new customer and it is a little confusing that their parking lot is where a sign clearly says "car wash" and the grouchy mechanic came out to tell me I couldn't park on their side of the lot. He asked me to move my car to the front which by the way is on the same side (not in the lot that says "car wash" which I thought was closed because it was pouring raining. I got there promptly at 7:30 AM. I had ordered four Goodyear tires from Goodyear and had them sent to this place because the reviews looked good and especially since they are a Goodyear franchise! A quick story... when I backed the car up to re-park it I didn't realize there was a yellow rail (no back up camera) and being anxious to move it I backed up into the rail and did some serious damage. My fault. I was devastated as I had just had the whole car repainted. I said to Jeremy I didn't realize I could just purchase the tires through them and so I had them delivered. I asked if they had to do anything else to the car and he said they would call and let me know and give me a full rundown. He also said "you could put a good review on google and we will put a mark next to your name for next time" i had told him next time I would bring my other car for tires and buy them there. I got a call around Noon from someone who said his name was Jeremy and sounded exactly like the same guy. He indicating that I needed a wheel alignment and I said "OK do it". I came to pick up the car at around 5 PM and Jeremy was there and I asked him why I had to move the car this morning because I was very upset about the damage I had done and he explained it to me. He then said "so we did one tire for you" I said "no I ordered four tires and you called and said I needed a wheel alignment and I said to go ahead and do it". He then says " I never called you, Frank did". He proceeds to tell me, and nasty no less, "since you got the tires online you have to pay for installation". I told him I got them from Goodyear and was told nothing about an installation fee when I was called about the wheel alignment. At this point a kind a guy named Hugh intervened and said "if she bought them from Goodyear the installation is included". Jeremy insisted on looking for Frank who is nowhere to be found and proceeded to tell me "Frank hasn't been at his station all day". I paid my bill and stood there waiting for my keys. Jeremy wouldn't even look up at me. Hugh then gave me the keys and said "oh yes this would help". When I got into the car I noticed they charged me $39 to reset the sensor so the alignment would line up. It takes me all of five minutes to clear a code with my FIXD app! But no , this was 20 minutes , and $39 later , which was never mentioned on the call. The bottom line and this is what counts in the long run is that the car is driving like it's brand new. I feel very badly about the way I was treated and won't be doing business with them again which is a shame. Bad customer service! read more

Who comes into a tire/auto place at 1000 on a Saturday? Well, I do. With my three-year-old daughter in tow no less. They don't take appointments, so I was prepared for baby girl to have too much iPad time while we waited. During registration, the young man was interrupted a couple of times while processing my information; I had to go back out to my car for my registration, baby girl needed to go pee. He was great. Didn't batt an eye, waited patiently for me each time. Didn't take another customer in my place -he waited for me. Once he had all pertinent formation I asked him how long it'd take, he told me the guys will probably be able to get to it for an estimate in about an hour. Oye-vei. "Well really more like 45 minutes." For an estimate. So we waited. I was really tired of spending dollar after dollar refilling the air in my tire. Baby girl was hungry, so I gave her an unhealthy, messy snack is cheezy ritz crackers while she watched her iPad and I played my games. Yup. Quality time together. Don't judge, it had already been a crazy morning. A little while later they called me up. Said I was ready to go. Wait. What? It has NOT been 45 minutes like you promised, nor did I get a quote beforehand. $20 later and 45 minutes from walking in the door baby girl and I were on our way. Thank you for the quick service! And so polite. You're easy to get to and since Staten Island has lots of road hazards I'm sure we will be back before we transfer to the next duty station. Thank you!! read more

I still love all tire. Went for an inspection, ended up needing some work done (my car is over 10 years old, I expect it). Kevin (I think Kevin?!) gave me a quote and I think he saw my eyes bulge out of my head. He looked into my cars repair history, figured out what he could leave out while still maintaining the integrity (or whatever is left!!!) of my car, and was able to give me an option with less work and cut the price down by almost half. I don't know of any other shop that would even consider doing this. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Love you guys!! read more

Always came here for oil changes...never had a problem until they confused me for a sucker....Brought my second car here (8 yr old car) for inspection/oil change. Knew I needed brakes but nothing urgent. Once these guys saw this was a newly registered car and wasnt in "their system/computer", that was it- they thought they had me locked in. After waiting 90 minutes, they tell me my car was gonna fail because my "parking light was out", my brakes were bad, my muffler needed to be replaced and the computer didnt read my car diagnostics, my "front sway valve" needed to be changed, i was missing a lugnut and they didnt like the color gray I guess....lol I asked how much to change the brakes - they said $1500....soo yea this place who has been harassing me with emails to do unnecessary work on my brand new cars outside of this one is now taking me for a sucker...I got my car inspected in Brooklyn an hour later. Computer picked my car right up...just needed to run the car a little...I changed the brakes WITH rotors for $550. They COULDNT believe All Tire took my hubcaps off and checked for lugnuts lol...The exhaust didnt need to be replaced, I just needed a simple connection replaced....the "front stabilizer link" is just a $24 dollar part....my mechanic showed it to me on the lift...I even got my engine belt replaced and the bs lugnut and stud...gee thanks...my parking light wasnt out, it wasnt amber...i had a clear one in there by accident- had an extra amber in the trunk but they said it was "out"- I could ....whole thing was $800....done almost quicker than they had the car. They probably wont even believe this review- CHECK THE PLATES for inspection HUGH! Unreal. Very disappointed...previous workers were always friendly and honest that I dealt with- they used to thank me for my service and my service as a detective...maybe new management I dont know but I wont be going back with this car or my new car. I should have known when they tried to tell me my 2016 cherokee needed new rotors ...I had 15k miles come on...All the good reviews on here might be because they take your car and generallly get it back quick BUT they are so eager to get you BEHIND THOSE CLOSED doors cause thats where they dont let you see and BAM - they start nickel and diming you. I was close to agreeing to $1500 until i went back and asked how much for a brake job - 800 my ass...brake pads for this car are $24 its a 2012 mazda 6 come onnnnn...top dollar? seriously? This is not your friendly neighborhood mechanic. Good Luck with your oil change with these shysters.... Now they leave a reply with false info to cover up for their mistakes....front rotors were recommended- at no time were they part of the $1500 quote. Sold my teenager this tire on Monday and this is what it looked like on Tuesday. Would not honor the "lifetime tire repair" guarantee that is written on the invoice. Went to get my oil and filter change, I left my car there because I live 2 blocks away from this business, and in less then a week and a half my car didn't have oil in its motor. The car doesn't have a leakage of oil or anything. That means they didn't do the job correctly and por less thenwhat it was supposed to. This happen twice in my case. Good afternoon. As a customer of 'All tire' I was disappointed when on the way home on Friday October my low tire pressure light appeared. I quickly checked yelp for hours of operation and was excited to know they would be open till 6PM. It was 5:30pm and I was 10 minutes away. Upon arriving at 5:40PM the staff notified me they could not help and they were lowering gates. Needless to say - I will not return. It's hard turning 50. Particularly if you think you're still 38. I never quite crossed the 40 threshold. Ok, fine. If you wake me and immediately ask me how old I am, I'll say "22!" I'm not sure why 22, and not 20 or 25, but there ya go. So being stressed out and all that, I had my first Senior Moment (Oh, Joy!) when I glanced at my inspection sticker and realized I should have had my car inspected yesterday. Ooops! I'm renovating the Joizee Shoah house, to boot. So I'm in Joizee. Of course. Before NetCost opened in Manalapan, I used to go to the Staten Island NetCost, so Googling an inspection station there immediately followed. Right in a Walgreens parking lot (where I went to get old people stuff... because 50!!!) And these guys pop up. Praying a cop doesn't get me before I reach them I speed there. Smart, right? Speeding in hopes that a cop doesn't get me. Wilde E. Coyote stuff. Really tight lot. This is literally the worst thing I will say about them. I was greeted by a line of people and 2 handsome guys. Because handsome matters. Everyone was cute at minimum. Had a bit of a wait, which was expected - no appointment last-minute DUH. I'm really happy they fit me in. Because as I sat there - these guys are BUSYYYYY. But very accurate estimate of wait time. I was out way before I expected. VERY professional - as I sat there, I saw them juggle appointments, jobs, walk-ins, emergencies, and the flow and interaction really impressed. Seamless, and the communication between the employees was very efficient and - this is also important - very good-natured. One could tell they genuinely like each other. I may look like a 50-year-old clueless chick, but I'm not. I know my Pri. But more often than not, service departments try to take advantage of me. These guys didn't. I have breaks that will need changing soon (and I knew that) and tires that I was planning to switch out November-ish. And they said exactly that. I knew they were not bad enough to not pass inspection, but something I was planning to address in October (Virgos don't wait till the light comes on). I'd say 80% of shops would take advantage of the situation and push the break job on me. Not these guys. I'm not going to lie - I have a regular shop that I go to who work on my Pri since 2009, we have a relationship and the break job will likely go to them. But the tires are going to these guys. Just because they've earned it. Yes, it's a hike for me from both Manhattan and the Joizee Shoah and likely buying the ones I like on Tire Rack and having my shop install them would be cheaper. We all learn Customer Service and how you greet your customers is the key to any successful business. Well, I hate to say it, but not here. First, I walk in and both men at the desk were each on a computer. Not one looked up and greeted me or stated they would be with me in a moment until at least a few good minutes passed. Then I stated I need an inspection and proceed to show them a NYS issued exemption sticker for tinted windows due to a medical condition. They both looked like a deer in headlights totally confused as to what it even was. Proceed to tell me I need other paperwork etc... NOT the CASE. So who came to the rescue, the hard working Spanish employee who knew exactly what it was and what to do. Give this guy a raise! The unsocial counter man stated it would be an hour. Luckily I waited because once again the hard working (probably underpaid employee) got my inspection done within 20 min. Kudos! I paid for my inspection and still received absolutely zero courtesy or eye contact from the rude counter man. Good Year, you should be ashamed of yourselves. You need to hire people who can represent the brand better. RUDE employees who could careless don't cut it. I will never go back! Not to mention while I was there, another customer had an issue, was treated poorly and walked out. Unbelievable! read more
