I was referred to this company by a friend - take my advice and avoid them! I paid for the accelerated program and after 7 months, my score has gone down, nothing has been removed from my report and nobody has offered to settle. They gave me the same line as everyone else: "you will see results in 3-4 months, we will help you get 3 new lines of credit...." Over-promised and under-delivered. When I email the company, it takes weeks to get a reply if I get one at all and when I try calling them the phone just rings and rings with no answer. The customer service is beyond terrible. Now that I've paid for 7 months I'm not expecting much during the next 6 free months. What a waste of time and money and I am no better off for it. I have been the hapless victim of Major credit repair companies- we all know them. Key Credit Repair called one evening, we spoke about my situation and I signed on. The Co. has the sweetest people working there. I can call Friday night 7pm and get a friendly human on the phone, explaining what they've done, what I have to do next....I got a reality check from Lydia- no one has ever spent the time explaining the world and business of "credit". She told me what to do to help them help me. I signed up before Christmas. It's June and my fico went up over 60 points. I'm shocked, impressed as hell, boy do they deliver and educate you in order to help yourself. I love these women, even though once I spoke to a nice guy. But if you're serious and have a dire need to up your credit score asap-call Key Credit Repair because they don't just take your $ and disappear (like the others), they treat you with dignity, respect and inform you about everything you need to know. 6 months later and now my Fico is high enough to lease a car which was such a source of stress for me. I've been with them for about 6 months and they are charging my account monthly $189 for the accelerated program, I have not seen any changes in my credit report. SCAM !!!! They're very nice when you enroll. I choose the "gold" membership for 165$/month. And then its absolutely impossible to talk with somebody over the phone. I worked with them for 15 month. NOTHING changed on my credit report. They just sent the dispute to credit bureaus and the bureaus respond that your account is accurate. That's it. When I ask them how long it could takes to get ANY results they EVERY TIME give me different answer. One representative says you'll get the results in next two weeks, another guy said next two months. You can do same thing by yourself filling standard form of dispute. I was referred to Nik and his company from a client of mine and all I can say is "WOW!". Everything said about this company is true! They are outstanding. I have been using them since the end of February and in just this short amount of time, They have gotten a majority of derogatory files off my credit report and my FICO score has reached 700! If possible I would give negative stars. I contacted this organization and agreed to their service for $146.45 per month. After some months I did not see any improvement. All they would do is lodge disputes which did no good for me at all, especially since I specifically told them the 4 negative items were legit, to please work on the inquiries. Of course this did not happen. I have called them numerous times and they don't answer the phone. I finally cancelled my account and they agreed. A month later they took the money out of my account again. I called and they said there was no request to cancel, I had to email it. I did this, also requesting the last amount they withdrew to be reimbursed. Since that time, I have sent 3 emails asking the status and they will not respond. This the worst credit repair company. I paid them to delete items that was already paid and to settle what I was to pay off. Every month faithfully they went into my account and didn't do anything. I sent them whatever the creditors sent me. Chase sent me a bill for over 4000 but I sent them an updated copy that showed I owe only 2000 n they want me negotiate a 2000 settlement. They did nothing for a whole yr and telling me I have to send in settlements letters myself. I gave them a star cause I couldn't give any. DON'T SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE IT'S A SCAM!!! I signed up for this company and all they did was take my money. They didn't do one thing to repair my credit. They charged $196/month for their services. Based on the fact this company has no access to Credit reports they authorized without my knowledge or authorization another company who has access to your Credit reports to charged me an additional $29/mo for that service. Key Credit repair acted as if they had no knowledge of this other company when I tried to cancel the service. For two months now I've been trying to cancel this service and they ignored my requests so they can continued to bill me the monthly fee. The customer service rep was rude and very patronizing. She stated that she would forward my request to cancel to her billing department and they would decide if I get refunded the monthly charges that they billed me after I canceled. No one will contacting me weather or not they are going to refund me my money. If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would! This company's aggression in sales borders on harrassment. I submitted my information to them in the interest of doing a consultation. The next morning I started getting calls from them at 6:51 in the morning. When I didn't pick up they called back immediately; I had received 3 calls from them prior to 7AM! Under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act even creditors cannot call you before 8AM! If they had left a single voicemail and then followed up with an email I would have been understanding but by 10AM when I finally had the chance to respond I had received 6 calls in less than 4 hours; 2 at 6:51AM, and 1 at 6:55AM, 7:27AM, 9:11AM, and 9:51AM. In that same time frame I had also received 4 emails. At that point, I sent them a very clear email to take me off their call list which I sent right as they were calling (and then emailing) me again. If I hadn't they likely would have continued harassing me the rest of the day. I will never use this company nor would I recommend them to anyone! read more

Caution... I do not know how effective this company is on repairing credit. I did not go through with it due to not needing the services any longer. I tried to cancel my membership two weeks prior to the transaction authorized to be taken out from my credit card and was told I needed to speak with the representative that opened my membership, instead of instantly canceling. They stated it was their policy and promised that they will call back and reassured me that I had enough time to cancel before the payment was due and that they will not processed an attempt. Well of course as of today I find out they did process a payment and no one ever contacted me back. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. Just an extra headache I don't need and regret ever contacting this company in the first place. Caution if you are not sure you want this service and consider canceling their service.. beware! I went online to put in my information for a consultation to ask one simple question: There is a negative record on my report from bounced checks I didn't write from a joint account, am I still liable to pay the collectors? I get a call from a female who asks me what my issue is. I state the same thing. There were bounced checks written by someone who I shared a joint account with and I was just wondering if I was liable to pay it off to get it wiped off my credit. She then asked me what my credit report read since she didn't have a copy, I told her that was my fault since I viewed my report and printed it out instead of saving the electronic file. She than asked when I viewed my report and I told her November timeframe. Unsure how this had anything to do with my original question, I was a bit confused where the conversation was going. She then asked me what my report read. Again, confused, I asked her to explain. She asked what were the problems and how many months late was the bill. I stated there was no monthly bill, and again repeated that I just wanted to know if I was liable for checks I didn't write and if I could get my name cleared. Before I could get it out she interrupted me and said that if I wrote the checks, I should pay it....... I repeated that I didn't write the checks. She told me she needed to know what was on the report because I was giving her conflicting information.... So, I told her I needed to get the report and read it to her. SHE HUNG UP ON ME. About 10 minutes later, she called back and answered the phone, "HEY... (awkward pause) I'M CALLING YOU BACK." Like we were buddies or something. With an attitude, she asked if I was ready to give her the information from the report. Frustrated, I replied that I'd put it up and needed to go back and get it. She then asked if she could hang up or if I can just call her back because she didn't want to wait for me to get it. I then told her I had it, I just needed to walk a few steps to get it. Furious at this point, I began to read what the report stated, impatiently, she interrupted and said with an attitude, "I NEED YOU TO READ TO ME WHAT THE REPORT SAYS." As I read, she asked again how late was the bill. Again, furious and confused, I told her there was no monthly bill they were bounced checks. She replied, "RIGHT." She asked the amount and I told her. The amount is only $54. She laughed and told me to call the collection agency and pay the money. I told her I knew the procedure, but my original question was if I was held liable for a negative report for something I didn't do. She then replied, "I would just pay the money, it's only $54 and at the end of the day it's on your credit report and you have to pay." I said ok and asked her name. She mumbled it and I asked her to spell it. SHE HUNG UP ON ME. The number she called from was (617) 326-3610 on Jan 17, 2014 at 7:47pm and again at 8:09pm. I have never received such poor customer service in my life. I would call again only to speak to the manager about the awful service. read more

I left the country in 2008 and returned in 2012 my credit was a 515 high score... My first 2 months I saw a huge jump my low score was a 585 and my high score was a 620. I started to believe this can work. On my 3rd month I took action and started to do what the CEO Nikitas told me to do rather than just brush his advice off like I did originally. Today I am on my 6th month of working with this company and my low score is a 645 mid score is a 666 and high score of 777!!! These are amazing results I am so happy I stumbled upon this company! * update! I had to edit this review because in all actuality Key Credit Repair did do what they said they were going to do. My credit score went up by at least 100 points, and I learned a lot. You have to remember to use a service like credit karma to check your credit consistently, and you have to check Key Credit Repair site for their communications. I still stand by my previous comments below as to their timeline When I signed up for the service, they told me that I was an ideal candidate, it would take six weeks to start to see results. After three months, there were no results. When I asked them for help regarding this, they said that clients usually take 6 to 9 months, and they did not offer any further advice or good will/good customer service. All they do really, is send dispute letters to the credit bureaus, not the actual creditors.
