I repeatedly asked her to be more gentle, but my requests were ignored. Instead of relaxing, the entire session was uncomfortable and stressful. A tip is supposed to reflect the service received, and unfortunately the service was not good. Professionalism should never depend on the amount of a tip. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated.
