Your entire company is either going out of business or cutting high costs before a takeover, selloff, or some other nonsense. I am 100% of this because CVS no longer allows anyone without a recent or possibly current prescription to speak to the pharmacy staff. I called to inquire about medication availability in order to request my physician to transfer a prescription or not. That reasonable request to verify information with the pharmacy staff is no longer possible. The automated system would not connect me with anyone despite calling back and verbally answering their AI several different ways. So, I drove 10 minutes to their store to learn they too didn't have what I needed. CVS in my neighborhood is not very busy. Every few miles, there's one or two competitor pharmacies. Well. I can't imagine a company that decides to ignore customers has much of a 5-year business plan, Every once in a while, I forget why I stopped shopping with them. I have never had an issue with long wait times or rude staff members. They are always quite helpful when my parents get an Rx that is way too much money. They reach out to the Dr for a substitution quickly and efficiently. The only issue I have is with the automated system when you call in refills. I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at this pharmacy. After waiting patiently to be helped, I was deliberately ignored by the staff member. When I finally asked if someone could assist me, one of the employees, standing behind the counter yelled from a distance asking what I needed. I explained that I was there to pick up a prescription, and she responded saying "well, no need to be rude". Asking if someone can attend to you when you have 4 staff members and 2 people waiting in drop-off was clearly an unreasonable request for this CVS employee. She made no effort to approach me or offer basic customer service. I told her that her coworker had clearly seen me waiting and still chose to ignore me. There was no apology, no accountability just defensiveness. I took the medication and left. When I returned a few minutes later and stood in line, that same employee that ignored me was helping another customer. When it was my turn, she walked away from the register without saying a word again, deliberately refusing to help me. Both CVS employees involved, Kaitlyn and Shae are white. I am a Black woman. This wasn't just poor customer service it was targeted and discriminatory behavior. It's part of a larger pattern of racism that exists in this area, and I'm calling it out for exactly what it is. This kind of behavior is unacceptable anywhere, but especially in a healthcare setting. Pharmacies are part of the healthcare system and should treat every person with basic human decency and respect, regardless of race. It's full of mistakes, has missing information & no longer can one simply type in the Rx for a refill. it talks far too to much and disseminates false information! I'm considering switching pharmacies. ALL pharmacies should offer free delivery especially when one is wheelchair bound! read more

This place is always busy and the line always seems to have 5+ people waiting. Why can't they have 2 or 3 people at registers to help during busiest of times? Many times they can't locate a prescription in the many boxes behind them. I give this place 2 stars only because the assistants at register are always friendly but I would say change your delivery to mail order or be prepared to wait in line. read more

I came to this location the other night to pick up some medication. Co-pay was almost 500 fucking dollars so I I wasn't able to pick up and I told them I would be back in the next day to come pick it up and they said thats fine. I got there the next day and apparently they didn't understand. Hey, this person will be in the next day to pick up the medication. Every time I come, they have barely anyone at the front. It's usually one person and they don't pay any attention to what the heck is going on. At this point, this is one of the closest pharmacies too, so that's the only reason I have to keep coming back. Most of the time they are back there and not actually paying attention of someone is at the fucking counter to pick up their medication. I am an easy to get along with type of gal so I write this after months of experiencing the same kind of rude behavior when picking up my monthly mediation. My gosh, there is no joy, smiles, dare I say happiness to the employees. I have called previously to see if I could expedite my medication by a day as we are going out of town and was met with frustration and sighs on the other end of the phone. Picking up in store in similar, no "hey there how are you today" just "last name, date of birth." I do no recommend this CVS. read more

Usually it's a long line here. There are between 1-3 staff, with a floater working the counter, from what I've observed. The way the store is organized inside the Target isn't the best. Since a main aisle separates the pharmacy from the wait line area, people from other parts of the store are always cutting through the line, and some of them even cut in line. Too bad there isn't a better way to organize it at this point. I think other stores avoid this problem by putting the pharmacy against the wall and not in the center of the store. You can't use your CVS coupons. Also, I had to temporarily transfer some of my medicines and new prescriptions out because I had Covid and needed to be able to get them at a drive-through. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prescriptions are usually filled within about 10 minutes. The location is convenient for me. Compared to another pharmacy I've been to, this one is stellar, but you can see there are some other issues that might possibly be addressed. read more

Rude! Have never been treated so rude by a pharmacy before in my life! The biggest problem is the male pharmacist. He is trying to play doctor and was rude to the PA at my doctor's office. He would not fill medications that were sent directly from my doctor, then tried giving me the wrong prescription! After a very long phone call explaining which medication was needed and what I couldn't take, he was very snappy and told me and I "How would I know I did not go to your appointment with you." Unbelievable! P.S. they never fill the prescriptions on time and there notifying system (texting) is a joke. read more

I really do not understand how this location is still open. The staff is the rudest, most obnoxious group of people I think ever in a pharmacy. The lack of customer service, the tone in their voices, the disgust in their voice at the counter or when you call. They have given me the wrong medicine twice - wrong dosage (too strong) and wrong medicine (Jardiance vs synjardy). Always are so sorry on the phone but then in the store some little snot nose twenty something gives me trouble returning it. I even called CVS customer service and had them talk to the staff to correct another incorrect prescription and they came back on the phone and I said "I see what you mean with the attitude" and advised she will be contacting the pharmacy manager on whoever she talked to. I even was told after asking why it took 3 days to fill a prescription that "only 3 days? That's good for us" and she thought that was acceptable. read more

This is quite literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been too, BUT ALSO the WORST customer service I have ever had at any store. Like these people have no basic human manner of people working at a store. The meds are never ready. Even when you get a text on notification on the app, once you get there you still have to wait 20 mins. Then when you come back they close without warning. Like not even a heads up that they are going to close. Why even stay open at this point? I have already switched pharmacies. I went into this pharmacy on 6-2-2020 to pick up my scrips. I told one of the techs what I needed and when I got home it was not what I asked for! I went back on 6-3-2020 and tell them they messed up and all I get is attitude form another tech and I watched the female pharmacist and the tech talking crap about me. I'm not the bad guy here. Is there less then a "Not Good" review, maybe a horrific horrible? Since January 2021 all we have had is trouble with this Pharmacy. My spouses prescription plan changed to CVS only this year, which means new scripts are covered and maintenance meds must be a 90 day script, no exclusion. So we have played the game bouncing back and forth between the Pharmacy and our Doctor to finally get 90 day scripts. GUESS WHAT if the pharmacy only have 75 pills for that script, that is all you get your 90 day script filled with. YES, that means you are shorted for the remaining meds, and THE STAFF DOES NOT TELL YOU. OH WAIT... There is more.... YOU CANNOT GET A NEW REFILL UNTIL THE 90 REFILL DATE IS UP. Which means that you have to deal with the shortage. When you call, the staff is RUDE; when you show up in person, the staff is RUDE. They do not have the time to answer questions, to explain why your script was shorted, or just in general. They truly do not care about the patient. And if that isn't enough reasons... they do not even listen to the overwrite orders that come from the CVS customer service department (who is actually nice to deal with). And to add insult to injury - the script that the Doctor called in today to the Pharmacist wasn't even in the system when I called, thus was not even being filled UNTIL I CALLED for an update as to when it would ready. 3 Kids, 4 Meds (maintenance only scripts), all shorted the first time they filled the 90 day scripts in January. Since then all I have done is plead, beg, and fight to get my kids their full prescriptions... hitting a block wall each and every time... I would love to be done and never return, but this is what we are stuck with until next year... Maybe they can get their act together and start to treat their patients with more respect... read more
