Amazing! NOT a "wave runner tour". This is an "adventure tour" that happens to be on wave runners. You'll go fast. 35-45mph and in the ocean you'll be flying over waves. It's exhilarating and you will get a workout. Our guide, Josh, was both fun and capable. Highly recommend if you like a thrill. Tips: Sunglasses are necessary. But not for the sun. There's an awful lot of spray and they work as goggles. Guys, if you have compression shorts (spandex) wear that instead of a bathing suit. By far the BEST Jet ski tour in Key West! This isn't your average boring and slow tour around the mangroves. Our instructor gave us time in the beginning and end of the tour to do 360s, 180s, and basically whatever you want within the area he showed us. We skied to the southern most point, Mallory square, got educated on some of the islands and navy bases. I did the 4 pm cruise which was during sunset so it was beautiful! It's not encouraged to take your phone with you - but the instructor will take pictures and text them to you! So nice. Conner our main guide was professional and was knowledgeable about the area. The jet skis were comfortable comparing to our prior experience with another company. The tour was only us 2 which was awesome. They let us ride around to have some fun in a specific area for a bit before riding around the island. We even got a picture riding in front of the southern most point Bouy. The guides also offered to take pictures of us during the experience which was a bonus. Worth every penny spent. This is by far the best jet ski tour in Key West. To start, it is 30 minutes longer than all of the other tours, giving you a full two hours. We felt very safe with the guides that we had, JJ and Jagger. Their equipment is great and in great condition. They give you a lot of time to just have fun with the jet ski which is great because jet skis are made to do a lot of turns and maneuvers. Other tours that are shorter in length you just follow the guide around Key West in a straight line - which is cool once, but after that is kind of boring. I would highly recommend this tour. My wife and I signed up for a jet ski tour. It was our first time driving on the jet ski and it was fun and our guide was really patient and friendly, however, he had more experience riding and it was definitely hard to keep up, while getting used to the jet ski. At one point on the ride a couple behind us had to stop for a boat to pass and it took the instructor a good deal of time to figure out they weren't with the group. As much as we loved riding the jet ski, if your not experienced you are in for a wild ride. The company should have different tours for different skill levels. read more

This was one of the worst and most unsafe tours I have ever taken. Our guide Herby sped off at about 50 mph leaving me in open water with no view of him whatsoever several times throughout the trip. At one point, my husband and I completely lost sight of him and went off in a different direction because we were basically guessing where to go. There was absolutely no education on how to safely maneuver the very rough waters at times. I felt very unsafe on this tour, spent the 2 hours keeping up as much as possible to avoid getting lost in open water rather than touring the keys. Other than the mention of possible dolphins, no mention or pointing out of any "marine life/ coral reefs" as stated on the advertisement. I found the staff to be a little rude. At check-in and during the tour. Two of us in our group had never been on a jet ski before. When we got out in the water we were told we had to go a min of 35 mph at all times. Being new, combined with the wind and the waves that day our comfort level was closer to 25 mph. We were told multiple times in front of everyone we had to go faster and we were the reason for making the tour behind. I can't rave about this place enough. We booked a Jet Ski Tour with our 12 year old special needs son. Stephanie was our tour guide and from making our reservation to going over the procedure and tour, to the actual tour, she was beyond fantastic. Unfortunately, my son didn't handle the ski very well and we had to go back. As she waited with us for I believe it was Kyle to come and bring us back, she stopped my son from panicking and even jumped in the Gulf to swim with him. She went above and beyond. Kyle came and got us to guide us back, but also drive slowly, showed us the jelly fish, shark bate, and even allowed us to drive the skis slowly in a little area so my son would feel comfortable. I truly can't express how amazing everyone was. They were understanding, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We will definitely be going back. After we got back, we enjoyed a much needed drink at Hurricane Hole and enjoyed the grounds. This place is a must when you are in Key West. Amazing people- truly. read more

Im leaving one star only because the experience we underwent was partially our fault. We checked in at noon for our tour. The guy that got us checked in had a bit of an attitude from the get (telling my sister in law that he noticed her "alpha female" attitude and that he wasn't "down with it"). When we were done filling out the contracts, he said "No drinking before the tour." We chuckled because it was noon in Key West and who doesn't start drinking before noon while your on vacation?!? So we made our way to the bar, yes: we grabbed a beer and decided to just hang out there as they were getting the skis ready. (Again- our fault in this situation and we shouldn't have gone against what we were told). However, the tantrum that guy threw in front of everyone at the bar left them asking us if we were going spearfishing or something alike because of how much of a show he put on screaming at us about how he was cancelling our tour. There are other ways to address customers regardless if they are wrong or right. Again: we shouldn't have gone against what we were told. But he could have been a little more professional about it. We had a blast. Parking here is bad. Keep that in mind when you are planning your trip. Might want to add some time in case you need to find elsewhere to park. We arrived about 20 minutes early to find no one at the booth. There is a red phone there that a sign told me to pick up to reach an attendant, but it didn't work. Anyway, the guy showed up and did our paperwork. It was a slow day so it was just my wife and I on one ski and a nice Canadian couple each on there own skis. Then in walks Jack, our guide. He's got a head full of dreads and was super nice. He got us loaded up and out on our skis. The tour was scheduled for 2 hours. He took us around for some sight seeing, history and free time to take the skis out on our own. Here is where the tour got awesome. On our last stop at Sunset Key we were looking at Oprah Winfrey's old house and Jack's ski died. We ended up stranded on a beautiful beach waiting for a replacement ski to be towed to Jack to finish the tour. I think we got back to the dock about 3:45 (tour started at 12:30). Normally, they give you a drink ticket good for a domestic beer redemable at the bar right next to the Jet Ski booth. This trip, since Jack felt bad, he gave us 3 tickets each. Nice touch guys. My wife and I had a wonderful time. Jack was great, the weather was great, the free beer was great. If we're back in the area, we'll go back here. The reason for only 4 stars is that their Jet Skis are a bit rough, but I guess that's to be expected of a jet ski rental. read more

Awful! I can't believe they call this, "the ultimate island tour." My husband and I went on the jet ski tour a few days ago. It was suppose to be an hour and half tour on jet skis. It consisted of 45 minutes of getting the feel of the jet ski, while our guide went back to the dock for who knows what. When we finally got going, we did three stops: 1. too look at where the US military blew up part of the keys to test submarines (so far so good). 2. Sunset Island so that he could rant about how ridiculous the prices are on Sunset Island and only an idiot would buy a house there and 3. we stopped to swim, where the following exchange took place: another jet skier, "hey, is that the navel base?" guide: "yeh, man" And that's it! Then we went back to the dock. Overall, a useless tour where we learned next to nothing, stay away!! read more
