Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. I was blamed for not using the right part number and was told they had no control of the internet. On top of this I don't know how stupid the one employee thought I was but I could hear him talking about it me behind his back while I was on "hold". I provided the make/model of my vehicle as well as my Maryland State tags. I was asked to select the exact items, that I wanted to purchase from the computer monitor. Within minutes, the AutoZone employee brought out the requested items. I inquired about military discounts, and was surprised that was offered. I displayed my retired military identification card as proof. I absolutely loved the excellent customer service that AutoZone employee Jay J provided.
