Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. I go back to the original line, explain that I just have a UPS package, after 10 minutes of waiting she cant log on to whatever she needs to log on to use UPS.. No dialogue, no words, no Im sorry.. I provided the make/model of my vehicle as well as my Maryland State tags. I was asked to select the exact items, that I wanted to purchase from the computer monitor. Within minutes, the AutoZone employee brought out the requested items. I inquired about military discounts, and was surprised that was offered. I displayed my retired military identification card as proof. I absolutely loved the excellent customer service that AutoZone employee Jay J provided. I am looking forward to visiting this AutoZone location in the near future.

I was cautioned not to stockpile oil so much (it comes off as potentially being commercial use) but I can't blame them, I recycled like 40qrts. Beyond that, the store was clean and seemed well stocked. Prices were more or less what you would expect for a chain auto parts store. Would definitely come back.
