I had no idea what to expect but I just wanted good service for a decent price. My expectations were far exceeded. It is an amazing place to get your car fixed for a fantastic price. The employees at the front desk are phenominal and the mechanics are super fast and talented. I feel like I am part of a family there. Regardless of how long it has been since I have called, they always remember me and welcome my business. It is a smaller location on liberty road and it is a bit if a fast turn into the parking lot but the business itself is not hard to find at all. It is super easy to schedule an appointment online, by phone, or in person. There is a shuttle service if you need to go while your car is being worked on. I prefer to hang around and chat with the staff. Either way, I highly recommend this business and will continue to go myself!

Doc was my mechanic for many years. At first, I was allowed to be with the car as his son worked on…read moreit he would chat with me. But later even after covid lifted he stopped letting me be in the waiting area. The last oil change as I was driving had the oil filter fell out and all the engine oil spilled onto the streets. I brought the car back and told him the engine is really loud. It sounds like metal grinding. Doc took a look and filled it up with engine oil and installed the wrong oil filter and told me I would be good for another 6 months at least. I listened to the engine and it didn't sound right. I brought it to the dealership that then diagnosed it as a failed engine block. Metal was inside the engine and it needed replacement. In addition, the second oil filter wasn't even the correct filter for my car and was two turns from falling out. Oil was already leaking from it. The bottom of my car was coated in oil, and it could have caught on fire. Fortunately it didnt, and Doc owned up to his mistakes and his business insurance covered the repair. However, that was another hurdle to over come as it got delayed for months. It is very difficult to find a good car shop. Bless you if you have one.

It's like right in what I would call "old towne" Laytonsville (though I'm not really certain that's a thing). But yes, gas prices are really good here, and the pumps are always all working. The card chip reader is working as well. The gas station is clean. There's a couple of entrances and exits. What more can you want in a gas station really? However, eventually I complained enough that they "unretired" a general manager who seemed the only one to understand how to address warranty issues and they agreed to repair my vehicle. It took a year to get the warranty honored and to be heard. Let that sink in- a year. And they had to "unretire" a person to get customer service to happen. Crazy. So I scheduled almost a month in advance. It still took them three days with minimal communication and maybe I'm just bitter but I am very surprised the unretired general manager (Mr. Kenny, if you're wondering who it is) never contact me again to see why I was frustrated about the length of time it was taking. Or to see if the problem was finally resolved. Or to see if I'd change my reviews. So, I am happy to report they honored the warranty but I would never recommend these guys unless you're desperate.
