They also guaranteed the bed liner for lifetime of the truck! I contacted Pasadena Bed Liners at 8:55PM last night after returning home with the truck. He answered the phone! Pasadena Bed Liners said he was full but I could drop it by early and he would get see if he could get it out, but it might be after 4:00PM. I arrived about 7:50am and he was there! I dropped off the truck. Around 12:40 (Noon) I received a call that the truck would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived about 40 minutes later i found my truck parked. The bed liner looks great! I have had others installed but this has got to be the best. It did have the little sticker someone else was complaining about, but it is a very profession label that looks good! I left there and went to Walmart. When I returned a man was taking a picture of the sticker! I asked him what he was doing and he said he was looking for a bedliner and mine looked great! He even discussed what brands were best and what he would recommend on his own vehicle. I was in and out in 30 mins for a tire rotation (without an appointment). I was recommended cleaning products that I still use to date! The appearance of the store is a bit on the older side but that has more to do on corporate funding vrs the employees. I love the window. The service members work very well and I noticed the gentlemen who had my car doing all the safety checks. I was impressed with the care he took in making sure everything was how I left it. They are more helpful then their competitors and don't hawk you 24/7 while you browse. If you need assistance, they do take a moment to find you the right guy. But I rather wait for the expert any day. I send all my friends and family here for quick service. All in all. The company needs to invest more in their staff and locations. I immediately called customer service; they opened a case and forwarded it to the manager, who was supposed to call me the next day. Since I didn't receive a call, I called again and was told the manager had closed the case without even speaking to me. They reopened the case--this time with the manager, SCOTT--but it's been four days with no call. I keep calling, and they just tell me to wait for a call back, without giving me any real answer.
