I didn't ask for my car to break down on a Friday evening, so that's the only reason why I'm giving them a 4 star rating. After getting me situated, the guy was done within 10 mins. Quick and easy payment, my car was right there, and no one was in the shop. I never expect chick-fil-a customer service when I go to places, but I was here an hour before closing, not 15 minutes.

He lied and said he would be out to help me but never came out. I went back inside and of course you guys wanna play the old disappearing game. No problem I gave them there screwdriver's back and went to another Advance Auto closer to my neighbor where they're used to dealing with PEOPLE LIKE ME. So, folks the moral is if they don't really wanna help you because of the color of your skin take your business somewhere else like I did. Finally, it was a holiday and one guy told me that the landfill up the street was closed. Another lie dude it was wide open SMMFH. They told me when I dropped off the car it would be $127 so I said no problem. When I returned it magically went up to $192! When I inquired into why they hemmed and hawed until it finally came out that they broke my oil filter cap. They claimed "those break all the time." I pointed out I have gotten my car serviced many times at the dealer (2017 car) and not once have they broke it. No response. They claimed they replaced it "with a better one." So you charged me $68 for a $30 ish aluminum cap that YOU broke. I really hate when people talk to women like they don't know anything about cars. I know they were price gouging me and I don't appreciate being talked to like I was an idiot. I have grown up going to car shows and working with my dad on his classic cars and I don't appreciate this behavior. I will not be returning. The only reason they get 3 stars is for the previous experiences.
